Very difficult to stay here. Room service menu did not work online and there were no physical menus unless you walk to reception. Phone didn't work. I had to walk to reception to try and order food but menu was minimal so I asked if Uber eats can deliver to The door. They said yes. But then they wouldn't let uber eats into the hotel. Very unhelpful and not at all a business hotel. Wifi is poor. Rooms so dark I could barely see.

Possibly the worst Mercure hotel I have been to. Old, shabby, covered with dust, poorly furnished. Unfriendly staff at the reception. Overheated rooms with the heater not working and impossible to change the temperature. Clouds of dust in the bathroom. Sink tab broken. Will do my best to avoid.

Not the quality of 4 stars.

That’s probably the worst 4 stars hotel I’ve ever seen. Need the refresh and renovations. Rooms are really below expectations for this price and this number of stars! I spent there 6 nights and I’m disappointed because of constant noise of the elevators, thin walls, lack of the safe in the room. Maybe my room was second quality because it was booked with the discount for my company?? Very noisy surroundings: narrow jammed street with honking cars, air conditioning facilities on the other side and some construction sites. Positives: good site to use city transportation and relatively good breakfast. Friendly staff. Anyway. If you need the quality hotel, find something else.

Very nice personnel, a very nice experience, quite satisfied and happy by this experience. Deserves its 4 stars. In a very exceptional context: nearby hotels were all reserved for Afghanistan migrants. Also the economic situation was still precarious, few establishments had reopened their doors after the corona-virus decease.

Globally, the hotel was an average Mercure hotel. With an average service, which explains the average mark. A/C in the room was not really working, which was a major issue when we had days above 30 degrees. Reception people were not particularly friendly, and as it seems, my Gold status with Accor (at the time of the stay was ignored). Bar was closed on Friday-Saturday-Sunday (my stay included two weekends) so that was rather disappointing, and I do not believe it was COVID reasons, as was completely open the other days. Again, overall, average.
