The hotel rooms are a bit on the small side. The television in the room did not have BBC television stations. The location is great for variety of affordable restaurants and good transport links to Paris south, Gare du Nord and CDG airport..

The location for the hotel was perfect: very close to metro and tram for accessing the city. The room was comfortable, quiet and very clean. I was travelling alone for part of my stay so the location again was ideal. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a problem with the rooms and the receptionist wouldn't help us and even lied to us. But! The manager was really helpfull, understood and helped us! The rooms are good, breakfast is ok, the hotel hasn't got a parking as in the description is mentioned, but there's a private parking at the corner not from Mercure. It's good, but you have to go with your luggage on the street and it's a little walk. The places by accor app doesn't know the hotel and they don't know anything about the club Accor loyalty program.

Very nice place to stay for 1 night : easy access and travel by car (close to Peripherique), by metro (line 4) and tramway. The room was confortable, and the only detail to be corrected is the absence of hangers for the towels in the bathroom.

I my family and friends booked many room in this period. In my room had not been upgraded because of fully booking. But I just know you change standard policy for Welcome drink for Platinum Elite Accor member I got only one welcome voucher although there are 2 persons in this room. I have stayed in accor hotel for many years but this is the first time that I got 1 voucher. You staff told me this is accor policy.

The Mercurio Alesia is a well organised hotel with a range of services of good quality. Nice room, not noisy, a friendly welcome and a quick check out procedure. Perfect for a short stay in the middle of the week.

My wife and I spent three days driving on to south of France. It was a convenient route to this south Paris hotel although in August Paris is not a busy city. The staff were helpful and polite. The room we had was compact but had all necessary comforts. The air conditioning worked well especially in the unusually hot August 2018. Parking for our car was an additional cost paid to an independent garage nearby. The rear windows of the room opened to a neighbouring large open court which was much appreciated. I would appreciate a little more care to daily cleaning details though.

A really comfortable hotel with very friendly considerate staff. Fantastic air conditioning in the room but really odd thick milk to make drinks with. It must be a French thing! A lovely bath and everything spotlessly clean

Very convenient location is a major plus. Close to the U-tube. The service - is a major minus. Every single action takes long time with many people engaged. The personnel seems not to be very happy of working there...

Very welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, right next to transport. A great option If you are on business in the southern arrondissements of Paris. Lots of very good restaurants in the vicinity. A shoutout to the reception staff who went above and beyond when I realised I’d left my passport in the room safe.

From 1st moment very rude and unpolite receptionist Thomas , tiny rooms , breakfast everything cold things which supposed to be hot were barely warm:/ parking space pretty far away u need to walk with baggages far and left key to your car some unknown guys :/:/:/ worst Mercure hotel which we visit , we were planning stay longer but we change our mind after this hotel

Hotel room and breakfast were very good. We stayed 4 nights. The breakfast room staff could remember us and there was no need to provide our room number. As gold member, there was only one welcome drink. Funny enough? The receptionist did not give me the welcome drink voucher. When I told him thatI was gold member and should have the welcome drink, he gave me a voucher that was prepared before. For the second day, there was no paper cup or tea/coffee in m room. We asked them from the receptionist. Besides, the stay experience was good. If the price is reasonable, we shall come back.

Nice but small rooms and scarce amenities. We had 2 sets of towels for 3 adults and were told they ran out of towels after a request for more. In fact we had all things for only 2 people; cups,glasses and coffee. No frills in the lobby except candy.Older gray haired guy in the lobby needs people skills training. He was kinda rude.And the breakfast was not very inviting for the price .

Visiting our daughter who is at University in Paris, we stayed at the Mercure as its close by daughters accomodation. Price was excellent, there is a Metro and a Tram stop right outside. Supermarket around the corner. Lovely clean modern hotel, but most important the bathroom was huge by Paris standards! The room was a decent size too. Well appointed, clean, fresh, everything in good condition, excellently comfortable bed. Another + was the tea/coffee making tray in the room - a huge plus for us as we love a cuppa when we wake! Oh and windows that open, and not boiling hot room either! Highly recommend this one

No Wi-Fi, unfriendly staff, shower which leaked. Tiny rooms, could not get through the door with my bag as it was blocked by the cupboard. When problems were shared with the staff nothing was done to fix it. Excessively overpriced breakfast.

i have stayed for one night rooms are nice, clean and in good condition. as a gold member i was offered a room upgrade. unfortunately that night the hotel had electricity issue power went out multiple times during night which was frustration. welcome drinks were not offered

Close to a metro station and close to some commercial streets. Far away from the main landmark monuments though. Reception manager not really welcoming person. A bit impersonal hotel but practical and relative good value for money.
