I was disappointed to find that the hotel did not meet up to the standards I would expect from a four star hotel. The room was very nice but the lack of amenities like bathroom items (shampoo and conditioner, paper cups instead of glass, a frige with noting in it but one carton of water) Being a four star establishment I expected to have a special dinner in the restaurant instead of a self serve. The pool was very nice, as was the bar. The lack of coises of not gluten, and non lactose items on the menu at the bar and for room service does not meet up to special needs of clients especially in a four star hotel. Over all, very disappoining for a four star hotel...

I had the misfortune opportunity to stay in this hotel again. My agent booked and I don’t have a choice. Recap: 2023 - my backpack was stolen at the reception while I was carelessly checking in. Hotel Management - did nothing to help, even with video evidence. Period. They washed their hands. This time round 2024 - no improvement, the business centre show all 3 Macs - not working. “Out of Order”. I recall - it was also out of order during my last stay 2023. Not sure if they were served or left as show pieces. No security personnel and reviews show many thefts happened. Consider this hotel only - Unless u have no place else to go to - Alternative - sleep at airport lounge is safer and comfortable.

I stayed at the hotel arriving late one night and leaving early the following morning to catch a flight to Australia. Accommodation was basic but fine for a short overnight stay. My biggest issue with the hotel was being charged twice for my stay and also charged for breakfast which I didn’t have at the hotel. I had to make a number of contacts with the hotel to procure a refund and an apology. My experience was extremely disappointing and lacking in customer centricity. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Personal belonging stolen from my room during the afternoon. On top of that, the hotel is not clean, the air conditioning is of poor quality and very noisy. The breakfast is very basic, the floor is sticky. The whole experience was a disaster.

Due to my business trip, I had to travel to other countries in Europe, so I chose the hotel around the Charles de Gaulle airport for parking and storing my luggage, and I was very happy with the four-day parking and free luggage storage service, and I was very happy with everything about the hotel's rooms, restaurants, bars, etc.
