We understand that your stay was unexpected due to a delayed Air France flight, and we appreciate you choosing our hotel under those circumstances. We are glad to hear that our shuttle bus service from CDG Airport was convenient for you. We also appreciate your observations about our location within the plaza, the presence of other hotels and a restaurant, and the general atmosphere. We acknowledge your comments about the room being fairly basic, the small bath/shower, and the limited shelf space, though you found the outlets convenient. We are pleased that the room served its purpose for your overnight stay and that you found it quiet despite being close to the airport. It's good to know that you utilized our dining area for dinner and breakfast with the vouchers provided by Air France. Dear Guest We're so sorry to hear about the terrible experience you had during your recent stay. The severe mold issue in your room sounds truly awful, and we deeply regret the distress it caused, especially with your asthma and allergies. This is completely unacceptable, and we failed to provide you with a safe and comfortable environment. We also sincerely apologize for the unhelpful initial staff interactions. That's not the service we aim for, and we're addressing it immediately. We're very concerned about your observation regarding the carpet damage and potential major flooding, and we're launching a full investigation to fix this properly.
