This hotel shows one of the best hospitality in Novotel chain. As we travel, often we need help from hotels and Novotel M6 extend hospitality and kindness to us when we need it the most. The receptionist ladies (I should have asked for their names) are friendly and swift. They’re are also very kind. If you’re Accor member, they also recognise it here.
