I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so dreadful that I feel compelled to share. The room key malfunction that left over 100 of us stranded outside our rooms late at night was just the tip of the iceberg. The real issue was the hotel’s abysmal customer service and the disrespectful behavior of the front desk staff. Despite the inconvenience caused by the key cards, what was truly unacceptable was the staff’s attitude. He claimed that the key card failure was not his or the hotel’s responsibility. Instead of recognizing the urgency of the situation, the staff member accused the guest reporting the issue of being disrespectful to the hotel. Does the hotel not owe respect to the 100+ guests who were unable to rest promptly due to the failed room key cards? From start to finish, the front desk staff didn’t even ask a single question about the problems the guests were encountering, didn’t prioritize the needs of more than 100 affected guests. Instead, he chose to continuously escalate the conflict. First, there were unfounded accusations, and then he attempted to evict the guest and even threating to call the police and bar guests from entering the country. The management’s response to our complaint was lackluster and seemed to dodge the real issues. Their silence on the staff’s conduct implies that such behavior is the norm, which is shocking for a normal hospitality provider. The subpar rating on TripAdvisor is well-deserved. This hotel has a long way to go in terms of customer service and staff training. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and choose a place that respects its guests and values their patronage.

The hotel is just a bomb! Everything is very nice, convenient and affordable. Pros. And the restaurant has a very large assortment of food, everything is very tasty. Good and friendly staff, very fast service. Everything is at the highest level which definitely deserved 5 stars!

I only stay at this hotel when there is an exhibition in Frankfurt and the prices of other All hotels is x3. It used to be ok but now the already poor restaurant menu has been reduced to 4 items. Yes only 4 items this is so poor i cannot eat here no more. The bar is still ok but now no football on the tvs. Euro pinching owners not paying for sport channels. The hotel is like a ghost town at night. Breakfast is so so This will definitely be the last time i stay here

Our flight was canceled but Lufthansa put us here overnight. Nearby and easy to get to. Staff was friendly, room quite comfortable. My only complaint is supper: Lufthansa gave vouchers good for 18€ each, but the hotel had a special arrangement for airport guests- no choice of food or drink, and if that plate of pasta cost 18€ I’d be shocked. Why not let guests choose something? Otherwise great!

very good conference offer we were very satisfied with our event at the mercure in the Heilmannpark, especially because it had to be held under corona conditions. The rooms are spacious, modern, well ventilated and air-conditioned. The break rooms also offer space for distance, just as everyone needs it. The culinary offerings, whether snacks during breaks, drinks or a lunch buffet, are of very satisfactory quality. The lunch buffet even exceeded my expectations of a conference hotel, which is rarely found at such a level.
