Dear Danny, We are truly sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that the air conditioning in the rooms is fully functional and can be individually adjusted using a control unit installed in each room. Regarding the common areas, due to the currently low temperatures, we do not operate the air conditioning in these spaces. Regarding the restaurant, we are committed to offering high-quality cuisine, with a strong focus on responsibly sourced ingredients, short supply chains, and a more sustainable approach overall. Nevertheless, we are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better stay in the future.
