Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Right from the beginning. We checked in as a group and they gave rooms out one at a time for a few hours.. It was after check-in and rooms should have been available. Air conditioning was broke, but nobody bothered to tell us until we asked. Slept with the window open, luckily no one bothered us as we were on the second floor and not very high yet to prohibit people from breaking in. Get one towel each and one hand towel total. Pillows were literally the cheapest I’ve ever seen. Part of the ventilation fell out of the ceiling in the bathroom and into the toilet so we had to fish that out. Lastly, breakfast was a fiasco. About 150 people hitting it at the same time because we have to be out with our tour group. Not enough tables, no silverware anywhere, had to eat with my fingers and wipe my hands on their pillow. I’m not a fancy person or someone who needs a super nice hotel but this was a joke. Also was supposed to have luggage service. Was available when we checked in and when we were checking out somehow the person responsible for it “had an accident”. Luggage was left in the hallway and someone didn’t know so their luggage was almost forgotten.

We had a fantastic stay at your hotel & enjoyed our stay. We have a small issue :I have left my pouch of medicines and toiletries in the room and I am facing difficulties without my medicines.I am now staying in Ibis, Avignon Centre, until September 28th. Worst experience with front desk

It has been a very bad experience. No one supervise the desk in the night so if you come back from a night out no one will be at reception and the door is locked. My partner and I spend 20 minutes under the rain while the reception was in the kitchen. It was raining and we kept pressing the buzz and after 20 minutes she shows up saying that she was busy in the kitchen and she was alone. I don't need to care that she is alone as I paid for my hotel and I should be able to get in and out without issues. Definitely not great option for solo or girls travel plus rooms and really claustrophobic and the value for money it's really bad. Stay elsewhere!

Perfect location for Montmartre

This was our fifth stay. The location is perfect for exploring Montmartre. In fact, the Montmartre cemetery, the final resting place of many illustrious people, is just on the other side of the street. The hotel is close to the Place de Clichy and Blanche metro stations. Though not a luxury hotel, the rooms are comfortable, clean, well maintained and really big for Paris — about 24 square meters. Our “Privilege” room had a Nespresso machine and kettle and there were complementary sodas and juice each day. Absolutely satisfied with everything.

This hotel would not get even 3 stars anywhere else. Outdated tacky red plastic decor. Worn out furniture, stains everywhere. Very dirty, hair on the wall, the cleaners won't even white the table. Very noisy, bad windows, cars beeping all night long, cardboard walls, you hear every move and bang next door. Zero facilities at the hotel, barely any toiletries, no mini bar in the room, not even a table of water. No rooftop bar or terrace or anywhere to have a decent view of Paris from the very top floor. No spa, no pool. Horrible hard spring beds from WW2 times. The breakfast is ok, you have to pay extra for it and the location is good. Right next to Moulin Rouge. Very bad value for money for 200 EUR per night.
