Very nice service ,clean rooms ,very good location you can find lot of local french rest around , very good and with lot of chioces breakfast and the most important .... all of the staff profesionals and very friendly !!! I will go back easily

We really enjoyed this hotel. We were able to walk to many places in Paris and if we didn’t, there were many transport options. We had a great check in from Leni and our room had a lovely balcony. We were able to sit out there once and have our dinner. I would not hesitate to stay here again because of the staff and it’s location.

I stayed at the Mercure Paris Arc de Triomphe for a week and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the city. The location is truly unbeatable — right in the heart of Paris, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe and within walking distance to many of the main attractions. The surrounding neighborhood felt very safe, even in the evenings, and is full of charming cafés, bakeries, and restaurants that made each day feel authentically Parisian. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to return to after long days out. The staff were courteous and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Paris, whether for business or leisure.

The hotel is in a very practical location, next to shops and many restaurants. It's a super small hotel. The staff at the reception is very friendly. The rooms are ok, the cleaning could have been better. The breakfast is nice. There are so many options for drinks and food within a 5-minute walk. It's super practical. The subway station Charles de Gaule is a few minutes away and enables easy connection to RER and metro.

A good value hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe. It’s no frills but clean with friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of options and was kept well stocked. There is no bar or lounge but there are plenty of good restaurants close by. A bit of a walk to the main tourist sights but there is a metro station a few blocks away
