Just don’t do it, one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at :( rooms are totally disgusting, fittings hanging off wall of bathrooms, mould everywhere, rooms smell bad, insects crawling on floor - made me feel so itchy :( breakfast was very poor!

This hotel has got worse not better!!!

Stayed at this 'hovel' (Sorry, repeated Freudian slip) ... hotel in 2019, as an overnight stop whilst travelling to Italy as part of a coach trip. This year, another coach company also chose it for a stop over evening, and we found things had not improved .... maybe even got worse. An evening meal was not on the trip itinery, and not fancying anything on the menu, or the price of the food, we ate at the nearby 'Quick' outlet instead. The room and carpets smelled pungent and damp, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not the cleanest. The bar staff must be the most ignorant people I have ever dealt with ... no please, thank-you, or even a smile, they definitely need urgent training on being pleasant with customers. Bar service was terminated at 10:00 with no announcement. Unfortunately, also stayed here again during return trip .... a totally unpleasant experience on both occasions .... avoid!!!

We stayed at this hotel with a tour coach Group, we arrived quite late in the night. All staff were very welcoming , the continental Breakfast was vast with 5 different cheeses, Ham Cereal etc. our room was clean and tidy, bed was comfy. Only one pillow so please ask if you want more. No water in the room, but you can get from downstairs in reception. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Although a solo traveller I was part of a coach tour en route to our holiday and to be honest it was absolutely fine. After all these hotels that are used by coach companies are usually cast as "budget". As is usual still the case in many European hotels no in room tea making facilities are provided but there are facilities to make drinks close to reception. Personally I took my own travel kettle and drinks sachets. The breakfast was fine; limited but nothing to complain about. I did go walkabout in the evening to visit Auchan but somehow got lost round the Auchan site; perhaps not to be recommended. All in all no complaints.

Overnight stay on route to our main holiday destination. Experience was disappointing. Difficulty accessing my room on at least 2 occasions, the room was in need of an update, bed comfy, pillows not so. The shower was ok. Food in the restaurant was very good, but breakfast let it down.
