Stopped two nights B & B basis as part of coach tour.

Stoped there on two nights. On the way to and from the Italian Dolomites. The hotel was clean and tidy if perhaps passed its best. The continental breakfasts were more than adequate.

Oh dear where do I start - the location may be great but the hotel is deeply disappointing. Bedroom is like a cell, grey walls and very small, genuinely 6 inches of room on one side of the bed. One member of staff on duty to do both reception and bar, I felt sorry for her running from one job to another with an ever increasing queue, oh and cooking pizzas for hungry guests in between.. restaurant not open of course. We've stayed in Ibis/Accor hotels before but never again.

Two adjoining rooms, both grim and cell like. One room, 106, in particular was unclean and very poorly maintained; large clumps of fluff under bed, window dirty with cobwebs. Mould in bathroom, hole in ceiling. Paint work peeling and furniture damaged. Elevator and communal carpets filthy. Sunday evening, minimal staff, just pleasant but bored looking receptionist. Had to go out for a drive to escape and left very early next morning. Depressing and abysmal. Budget should not mean basic hygiene. Standard rooms should not be sub standard. As Accor member, an unfortunate and sad experience. Housekeeping should hang their heads in shame.

Grim, stayed one night. Dirty room, holes in curtain . Window dirty. Strong smell of paint. Toilet moved.Asked for another room in which they did. But only a double. Which we had to share we. Breakfast room smelt of drains. However not a bad continental breakfast offered

The hotel bedrooms are a disgrace and not fit for purpose. They are in desperate need of refurbishment and should not be open to the public. Accor should be ashamed as it is a detriment to their brand!
