Thank you very much for sharing such a detailed review of your stay with us during your European journey. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed your upgraded room, our central location, the breakfast selection, and the atmosphere in Metz – it sounds like you discovered the city at a truly festive moment! We are, however, sorry for the inconvenience caused with the parking exit process. Regarding your booking, please note that the chosen rate was a non-refundable and non-cancellable offer, which is why unfortunately we were unable to proceed with a refund despite your request. We fully understand how this can be frustrating, but these conditions are clearly stated at the time of reservation on Booking.com. Concerning the parking, we would like to reassure you that we have never encountered safety issues with it. The car park is directly connected to the hotel reception by elevator, which ensures convenient and secure access for our guests. At the moment, the parking is undergoing renovation works to improve comfort and accessibility, which might explain some negative impressions you may have read online. We sincerely apologize if this caused you concern and hope that you will reconsider giving us another chance in the future, as we are committed to providing our guests with a safe and pleasant stay in the heart of Metz. While we are glad you appreciated our central location close to the old town, we regret that the condition of our facilities left you disappointed.
