Cancelled my reschedule twice… they could’ve just moved someone else into that room even though it was prepped for us and then let me reschedule like they wouldn’t be losing money that way either Reason for booking was to go see an event that was recently cancelled at the 02 Academy ☹️ they seem reasonably priced

Having attended a wedding I just needed somewhere to sleep before returning home. Overall hotel facilities in this case not important. Room was clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was fine. Exactly what was needed.

At check in we couldn’t get the rooms we an tually booked, ended up with one double and one with a bunk bed. I also specifically asked for rooms to be next to each other and they couldn’t do that either although to be fair they did get them on the same floor. The girl on reception was very apologetic. It is definitely a budget hotel but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We just wanted to be close to the hydro as we were going to a concert. About a 20 minute walk.
