Dear Mr. Slaven, Thank You for sharing Your feedback. We are glad You enjoyed our SPA center. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the cockroach, our property is regularly maintained and cleaned, and we do not have a problem with them. However, occasionally an insect may appear, which can happen even in private homes, regardless of cleanliness. We also regret the disturbance caused by the TV turning on automatically in the early morning. This is certainly not the standard we strive for, and we are taking steps to ensure that such technical issues are resolved to prevent this from happening in the future. Your comfort and satisfaction are extremely important to us, and we hope you will give us another opportunity to host you, so we can provide a truly worry-free and enjoyable stay.
