Travel information: cancellation policy

Special policy related to current situation in Israel (7 oct 2023)
Applicable to:
-       guests within the conflict area who have booked a reservation at an Accor hotel worldwide
-       guests who have booked a reservation at any Accor hotel located in Israel


Booked a flexible rate directly with Accor?

Guests who booked fully refundable rates may cancel or modify their reservations without penalties on all.accor.com (provided that the exact rate policy of your original booking will apply to your revised booking).

Booked a non-refundable rate directly with Accor and need to cancel?

Guests who have booked a non-refundable rate, prior to and including 7th October 2023, for stays until November 30th 2023, and who are restricted from travelling, can cancel and obtain a refund, or modify* their reservation for a later date without penalty.
* subject to availability and applicable rate and conditions. Any difference in price must be paid by the guest.



Booked a rate with a third party in an Accor hotel?

Third parties are required to comply with Accor’s cancellation policy set out above. Guests who have booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third party shall contact their booking provider directly who will explain the modification or cancellation options applicable to their booking.


In case of Group bookings:

For all group bookings, including meetings and events, our global sales teams work closely with hotels to provide the greatest possible flexibility, and will assess the need to cancel or postpone events on a case-by-case basis.
