Bookings, any amendments and cancellations to confirmed reservations to be made via and directly with the hotel res team at Novotel: H3656-RE@Accor.com & Ibis: H3655-RE@Accor.com / +44 (0)20 754 09700. Upon making reservations credit card details will be provided by the individual guests to pay/guarantee at the contracted rates, the full stay amount at time of booking. The hotel to confirm the validity of the credit card. Novotel & Ibis London ExCeL will not accept any booking request where valid credit card detail will be missing / invalid. Cancellation Policy Individual Reservations: Cancellations must be received in writing (email / electronically) by latest Fri, 15th AUGUST 2025 in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this date, and all no-shows, shall be subject to a cancellation fee for the full stay, and which shall be charged directly to the Conference Attendee.
