Specific Sales and Reservation Conditions:
All rooms will be booked by each guest directly on our website using a preferential code, to benefit from
the contracted rate above.

The contracted rooms non booked by the guest will be released at the following dates :
- On 07-01-2025, 25% of the room non-picked up will be released without any fee
- On 17-01-2025, 50% of the room non-picked up will be released without any fee
- On 31-01-2025, 100% of the room non-picked up will be released without any fee
All supplementary requests after the 31-01-2025 will be upon availability and at the daily rate.

Cancellations and No-Shows:
Reservation can be modified or cancelled without fee until 03-02-25.
After this date reservation are non-modifiable. In case of no show or cancelation, the guest will need to pay 100% of the first night of the reservation value including VAT (participants with no liability of NATO PA).
