No Hot Water in shower for 2 days

After paying very high prices for a 5 star hotel, I was very disappointed to find that I did not have hot water in the shower for 2 days. The hotel promised me a discount voucher for my next stay. I have still not received anythign from them nor have i received any correspondence or email.

Service, location and food were excellent . However the hotel has a serious problem with elevators as it takes too long to get down or return to room. I routinely climbed 7 flights of stairs several times a day to get to my room. Because of the elevator congestion, I will not be returning to Sofitel.
