To start with, no rooms available - standard retort while trying to find accommodation. Then a room finally provided. Enquired about dental and hair accessories, NO STOCK - seriously is that what we shud expect from a brand like Accor/Mercure. Rest was the standard service which any hotel/motel provides. 😒

The hotel was not up to the standard I have come to expect from Mercure, for example my bath towels had holes in them and the patio was significantly fouled by bird poo.

We had a brief stay but were particularly grateful for the extra effort Alessia went to. Providing us with a towel to enjoy the pool for a little while after checkout when we still had so long to wait for the plane and it was so hot.
