We stayed for only one night in Room 608. The room was spacious, nicely designed, and felt fresh, with only minor scratches or smudges on the walls. It was also furnished with high-quality furniture. However, we found the mattress a bit too soft for our liking, though we appreciated that at least two types of pillows were provided. One small window could be partially opened, which was a nice touch for fresh air. The room featured a decent coffee machine with three capsules and a kettle; however, while there were two small coffee cups, standard tea cups (200 ml) were missing. Complimentary bottled mineral water was provided, though the tap water in Zagreb is perfectly drinkable. We attempted to use the smart TV, but it didn't work at all. A technician visited our room on the day of our checkout but was unable to fix it. On a brighter note, the walk-in shower was excellent and included a rainfall head. We also highly recommend the wellness area on the 7th floor; we tested the gym, steam room, and sauna, and thoroughly enjoyed them all. In the evening, we had welcome drinks at the ground-floor bar. The entire area is beautifully designed. We experienced no language barriers, and every interaction—from the receptionist to the bartender—was pleasant. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Check-in was very slow, no paper in the POS terminal, no paper in the printer. Front desk could be more polite and welcoming. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious, restaurant staff was polite. Room was good size, it was a bit cold though when we checked in
