Beds very comfortable and breakfast was lovely. Main thing we were unhappy about was finding air con in room was on full and room was freezing when we arrived. Quite unnecessary and wasteful of energy. This is uk not Barbados.

It was just ok. Room was it a bit stale. Room set up for 4 but only 2 of us, no space. Car parking ridiculous price for casual stay (non airport).

I wasn’t expecting much from a ‘budget hotel’ but the least I was expecting was a clean room. When I got there, there was an overwhelming smell of damp and my bin was full of rubbish from a previous person. I went to use a towel and it felt damp.

Overall, this was a reasonably good experience. It is well located and was relatively affordable. However, the customer service could be improved slightly, especially in terms of the time it takes to check in. While the restaurant food was good quality, the buffet breakfast was very disappointing.

good hotel for Terminal 5

Good stay - very welcoming and helpful staff; good breakfast buffet (extra). Good room with all things as needed. Relatively close to Terminal 5. However, the surrounding area of the hotel is industrial / road - so its a distance to anything else (long walk or taxi). The hotel is however served by the T5 hoppa bus.

Booked because it said T5 and 0 miles. Find out it is nowhere near T5 at all. Forgot all to mention when booking that there is no access due to night closures of the surrounding roads. Never made it to the hotel. Took the money no refund

Not one of the best Ibis we stayed in, but reasonably priced and very close to Legoland and Winsdor. We would have really appreciate to see the parking charges displayed on our booking, because 12/night it is really a rip off, especially that you would want to be made aware in advance and not as you step in reception!

We stayed two nights to enable us to visit London on one day and LEGOLAND the other. The hotel is perfectly placed for LEGOLAND and was an easy 5 minute bus to Heathrow T5 then underground to London. Rooms were basic but clean and staff were helpful.

Hit and miss

Having arrived on the last shuttle at 11.45 I was disappointed by the lack of CO ordination between the administration and my allocated room. The room card that I received was 404, but I was unable to gain excess to the room. Returning to the reception the card was rebooted and I returned to the room, only to discover that it was occupied. Going back to reception I was informed that the room ought to have been 414. Being exceptionally tired after a long journey I was extremely disappointed by an unnecessary problem.

I have been a regular guest and have to say the staff are great , the rooms are clean.... but its not great in our Covid 'social distancing world' when there is only one of the two lifts working AND its been that way for Months...... Accor you need to sort this out......

Well located but noisy

The Hotel is well situated and the Hoppa bus is very convenient, the teams was nice BUT: - the parking was not free and we were surprised and non unware of the price 12 pounds a day before arriving to the hotel - the insulation between room is not great and we heard people coming in and out their room all night - the were unlucky enough to be situated near a room of very un respectful group that shouted and was running round in the corridor and making a lot of noise : we did sleep just for one or two hours - A lot of people were waiting in the hall all day long, and the teams of two at the desk could not cope with the number of guests

Arrived to book in to be told my reservation had been cancelled. Asked if there was a room available to be told the hotel was full. Had to find an alternative overnight accommodation. Subsequently found I had a live reservation. Still awaiting a response from the hotel management.
