The reception and room service staff provided good service. However, the experience in the hotel restaurant was poor. We had previously booked a meal at the hotel restaurant and chose to enjoy it after check-in, the restaurant staff did not have this information and did not know how to conduct the service. The service was poor, the main course took a long time, the salad came without sauce, the dessert which was a mousse was frozen and the staff were impolite. In addition, the entire building smelled strongly of frying during the first day and, if I am mistaken, the benefits of my Gold ALL status were not fully available.

Breakfast buffet is okay. Room comfort is below average (noise, blinders, bathroom). Maintenance is very poor (as an example, there was no cold water in the morning during my last stay and hot water was extremely hot, thus preventing from taking a shower). Front desk with just one person to handle both room calls (asking for explanation on the cold water issue) and check-out.

I had a great experience at Novotel because the hotel is very well located in the center of Porto Alegre, the hotel facilities, including the apartment, are very clean and the service of the staff is exemplary!

The Novotel Porto Alegre Tres Figueiras it's an amazing place! I enjoy the location, rooms quality, food quality. Im my opinion is one of most options that I visited from Accor Hotels. Almost 100% of my visits to Porto Alegre, I stayed in that Hotel.

They did not make up my room, even though I complained at the reception; air conditioning not working; almost impossible to access the internet, narrow band; water flowing to the floor of the bathroom. Surely you can get more for your money, very expensive for the service. Really below the standards of other properties of the Novotel chain.

I do like this hotel. It has been my first choice for some time. As I always drive into the city I find my way to the hotel quite simple something that is not the case in most major Brazilian cities. Second I know exactly what I will find once I get there - the quality linked to Novotel.

it was a good clean hotel, standard for Novotel. Location was good in a good neighbourhood, a bit isolated from resturants, shopping was close, rooms and resturant in hotel were nice staff were friendly good value for money booking on accor webpage

Many itens in the room that should be fixed and poor service, as curtains (with roles) and bathroom exhausted system. They tried to charge a higher value concern itens that I didn't consume what cause lots to check it out.

This is a very nice hotel and it was the second time I stayed at it. The room is ample and capable of comfortably accommodating two adults and two small children (6 and 3 y.o. on a sofa bed). The rooms are clean, modern and the bathroom facilities are good. The strange thing was that, even after having prepaid my stay on Accor's own reservation website, I was informed at the reception that I almost lost my reservation because it was not guaranteed! How can a prepaid room need an extra guarantee? Beats me. So, if you book a prepaid room, make sure you tick whatever is needed to make sure you room is guaranteed until you arrive.

The hotel is verry good, i just stay for one night but i have the oportunitie to have a diner and it was verry nice. I just have one complain regarding the toels into the hotel, they are not good, looks like cheaper hotels.

Excellent service but the rooms do need attention

This hotel is very well placed in the city. The service (particularly from the front desk staff) is excellent and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. The breakfast is very good indeed. Unfortunately the rooms themselves leave something to be desired - a good overhaul for example might be the answer. In the room that we had, the air conditioning did not produce cold air, the window retainer was broken (an important issue since the room was on the 10th floor and was set up for a family with a young child), the mattress had no protective cover and the sheets were barely large enough to cover the surface of the mattress. This was just one room, of course, we cannot vouch for any of the others. A useful hint for those who like to watch films from their own computer or iPad - the televisions are blocked for AV input, BUT the very helpful maintenance staff will solve this issue for you very rapidly if you ask.

Novotel Três Figueiras is very well located if you are visiting or making business. It is closer to NB Steak, Iguatemi Shopping, Moinhos de Ventos Park, the famous "Calçada da Fama" street (10 minutes distance by cab) and the main company offices. The hotel has a good benefits/costs relation. The breakfast could be improved with tradition local cakes and croissant alternatives. The parking daily cost for guest is too high (R$ 25/day).

The room was available before check in hour, and we could entered! Great surprise! And people is always with smile and happy to help! Taxis are available in the street right in front at hotel, and you can walk and use bus or "lotacao".

Very well located. Very good rooms. Very good breakfast. Just small details away from being excellent (gym without water for 2 consecutive days, and tv not working at the gym, my reservation wasn't in the hotel records - quickly solved - and poor service at the restaurant on a sunday night). On the other hand, helped promptly to recover a document forgotten in the room safe. No doubts that we would stay there again in a next trip to Porto Alegre.
