Everything was great but I could never figure out when my room would be cleaned as I Would leave early and be back mid afternoon and the room hadnt been cleaned. Im sure there are lots of rooms to do and I was on the 7th floor so maybe last on the list :)

It is not the first time I stayed in an accor hotel, but this is the first time I found myself extremely disappointed. We stayed to celebrate my partner's birthday and his first time in London. From the first day, behind and to the left of the toilet there was a suspect and smelly patch that was not cleaned throughout out time there (3 nights!). There was no cooled water available on our floor. The bar refused to serve us even though we arrived just before the closing time and we were invited to take a seat. This happened twice, including on the actual birthday of my partner. We reported this to reception but we had no feedback, so we do not know whether something was done. On our day of departure, we had the housekeeping actually banging on the door at 9am to clean the room... Unacceptable. Overall, we did not have the feeling we were respected or even wanted there, so will not be staying there again.

Novotel Tower Bridge provides great location with easy access to London Underground system and is within walking distance for great sites.
