Excellent modern and clean hotel in a very convenient location with very friendly and attentive staff. We had an interconnecting room (3 kids). We would recommend this hotel as a great option when travelling with kids.

We have decided after so many years for Pullman King Power with a fitting solution: a full service hotel with good, spacious rooms and an excellent service of the staff at the executive floor. Hotel located close to down town BKK, relatively quiet environment, fast access to BTS. We already scheduled to return back.

The hotel is located a short walk away from victory bts station, with various shops and street food nearby. Check-in staff excellent. Was warmly greeted at check in, and was given a welcome drink - plain water masqueraded as butterfly tea. On the tray was a card that stated Lemongrass Butterfly Pea but the drink was plain water. The room was slightly old. Some drawers were difficult to open and some furniture chipped. View facing the room was not good as it was mostly blocked by another building nearby. The room can get rather noisy at times, not sure whether it is from the aircon and gave the feeling that the room window was not fully shut. The room was partially carpeted, giving it a slightly classy feel but not entirely luxurious. Inside the hotel vicinity is a duty free mall with many tourist. Many of them are smoking outside the mall resulting in an unpleasant odour. Breakfast had some variety, but nothing to rave about.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights in December 2025. Upon arrival to the hotel, my luggage was retrieved by Cheep and I was expertly checked in by Kevin, whose comprehensive attention to detail was most unexpected and greatly appreciated. The rooms are a little dated but they are well serviced. I was on the 6th floor and unfortunately the lifts have a propensity to failure. On more than one occasion both lifts servicing the building I was located in broke down and I had to use the emergency staircase. The breakfast downstairs is extensive. The lobby area is grand and a pleasant space to spend time in. The hotel pool is big for inner city Bangkok and the gym is moderately well equipped. All in All I enjoyed my stay at Pullman Bangkok King Power so I give it a 5/5.

We came from Australia with our family and had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pullman King Power. Kevin at the reception was exceptional very kind, professional, and genuinely caring.
