At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered in your room, particularly the clogged sink drain, the hair left behind, and the bathroom door handle. This is certainly not the level of attention to detail we aim to provide, and we have shared your comments with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for follow-up. We also regret the inconvenience caused during check-in when your friend had to wait approximately an hour before being able to check in. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when travelling together, and we will review the circumstances with our Front Office team.
