我第一次去泰國自助旅行 英文也不太會 但是飯店的服務人員都非常的友善而且理解能力很強 飯店環境跟位子超級好 客房付費服務的按摩技術也非常好 特別推薦他們的餐點 不論是早餐的自助吧或者客房服務的餐點 都非常非常的美味 強推!!未來我去泰國自助旅行這裡會是我唯一的選擇

位置很好,樓下有非常方便的購物空間,飯店服務親切,特別是Eddy有禮熱情的服務。 也感謝 Mark和Ice,在使用行政酒廊時貼心服務。 唯一的缺點在點數和住宿晚數的回饋有點慢,1/1退房,1/6還沒有收到住宿點數和房晚。

相當快速的入住手續,只是我們房錢已經全部支付完了,還是要收押金兩個房間一萬元⋯因為沒有事先知到現場才收取覺得不好! 客房服務相當優良,房間收拾得很乾淨,飯店位置非常便利,讓人印象深刻的是他們的服務,因為臨時不舒服非常急需要買藥,服務生竟然親自帶我們到藥房帶我們去買藥,讓我們相當感謝!我們叫車Grab時,司機常常找不到路過來,也是請樓下1樓的服務生幫忙用Grab的通話和司機溝通方位,真的是非常的服務優良! 而且可以幫忙運送行李從1樓到6樓,讓我們拉著長輩小孩上電梯可以很從容!

第一入到去,發覺整間房燈光很昏暗 第二電制位很難插到電制為手機充電 第三連牙刷最基本嘅嘢都冇提供,要打電話去攞 第四俾人沖涼的沐浴露完全不合格 大堂環境尚算可以,但房間質素完全不值呢個價錢 以後應該絕不考慮再入住貴酒店

Check-in時間由下午1:00,被推遲到晚上6:00!接待員服務一般,問什麼都不清楚,酒店按摩技師手勢不夾不緊要,按摩一小時,技師就睡了35分鐘!房間打開被子有血跡!唯一優點地點比較方便!

這次是我們去曼谷住的一間最差勁的酒店,共住六間房,大家都覺得不滿意,其中二間房cleck in的時候要等到晚上九點半才有準備好,而且1509房間裡面浴室外的電簾是壞的,空調不能調,房間好像雪櫃一樣冷,打開被子見到血,被子床單都不乾淨,而1505房還沒有到cleck out的時間就馬上被斷冷氣斷電,真的非常差勁本人在曼谷住過這麼多酒店,感覺到這次的經歷是最差的,還有晚上去酒店Spa做腳底和肩頸按摩,簡直是浪費了我的寶貴時間,一點按摩經驗也沒有,每個部位這裡按幾下那裡按幾下,而且我還沒有睡著但是按摩師己睡著了.....真的是一次不好的經歷,下次應該不會再去住了也不會介紹朋友去住,因為酒店不便宜再加上服務一般再加上酒店不乾淨,所以不會再經歷一次了

已经和经理投诉过了,他们给的解释是,半夜有一间和我们差一个号码的人刚好进行退房,House keep 查房。我们的放号 2411,退房放号1411。 经理说会把调查报告发给我,希望会收到。谢谢。

這次是我第二次入住這間酒店, 比起上一次 的經驗 相差太遠, 首先是 reception 她的態度很像看不起我們, 完全不想接待我們的樣子, 到我們上了房間之後也等了很久的時間 還沒有送回我們的 行李到房間, 要我們 致電服務台才送行李給我們, 房間裏面的電視控制器也有問題不能轉台, 而且他的抽屜也會自動彈出要用膠紙 貼上才不會彈出! 這次的旅程令我很不滿!

入住前先行完成On-line Check-in服務,我走到櫃檯時發覺Priority Check-in人員都沒有在坐位上,只好走一般的Check-in流程。浴室打掃的很乾淨,但房間內的電源插座三個壞一個。值得佳獎的是早餐餐廳裡的鬆餅製作女師傅,她永遠帶著笑容與親切的態度,讓很少吃鬆餅的我破例吃了二個,而且非常美味,良好的互動讓我早上有個好的心情。
