Check-in時間由下午1:00,被推遲到晚上6:00!接待員服務一般,問什麼都不清楚,酒店按摩技師手勢不夾不緊要,按摩一小時,技師就睡了35分鐘!房間打開被子有血跡!唯一優點地點比較方便!

這次是我們去曼谷住的一間最差勁的酒店,共住六間房,大家都覺得不滿意,其中二間房cleck in的時候要等到晚上九點半才有準備好,而且1509房間裡面浴室外的電簾是壞的,空調不能調,房間好像雪櫃一樣冷,打開被子見到血,被子床單都不乾淨,而1505房還沒有到cleck out的時間就馬上被斷冷氣斷電,真的非常差勁本人在曼谷住過這麼多酒店,感覺到這次的經歷是最差的,還有晚上去酒店Spa做腳底和肩頸按摩,簡直是浪費了我的寶貴時間,一點按摩經驗也沒有,每個部位這裡按幾下那裡按幾下,而且我還沒有睡著但是按摩師己睡著了.....真的是一次不好的經歷,下次應該不會再去住了也不會介紹朋友去住,因為酒店不便宜再加上服務一般再加上酒店不乾淨,所以不會再經歷一次了

酒店地处曼谷市中心,附近有多家大型超市和商场,附近吃饭地方很多很方便。酒店员工态度亲切,服务很好。酒店餐饮不错,特别是早餐种类很多。

已经和经理投诉过了,他们给的解释是,半夜有一间和我们差一个号码的人刚好进行退房,House keep 查房。我们的放号 2411,退房放号1411。 经理说会把调查报告发给我,希望会收到。谢谢。

這次是我第二次入住這間酒店, 比起上一次 的經驗 相差太遠, 首先是 reception 她的態度很像看不起我們, 完全不想接待我們的樣子, 到我們上了房間之後也等了很久的時間 還沒有送回我們的 行李到房間, 要我們 致電服務台才送行李給我們, 房間裏面的電視控制器也有問題不能轉台, 而且他的抽屜也會自動彈出要用膠紙 貼上才不會彈出! 這次的旅程令我很不滿!

入住前先行完成On-line Check-in服務,我走到櫃檯時發覺Priority Check-in人員都沒有在坐位上,只好走一般的Check-in流程。浴室打掃的很乾淨,但房間內的電源插座三個壞一個。值得佳獎的是早餐餐廳裡的鬆餅製作女師傅,她永遠帶著笑容與親切的態度,讓很少吃鬆餅的我破例吃了二個,而且非常美味,良好的互動讓我早上有個好的心情。

飯店人員語言能力很差,完全無法使用英文溝通,從一開始的離譜房型安排(三位大人卻給我們家庭房/小孩床/雙層床),反映後卻無法立即處理,浪費一下午等候! 我們公司每次出差都會安排下塌貴飯店,但是去年經歷了蟑螂事件已經讓人覺得很不愉快,今年想說再給一次機會卻碰到如此糟糕的服務,在換房的時候貴飯店的服務人員甚至對我們說我們應該安靜聽她說話,我們應該接受她給我們的安排(她使用了you should accept this這樣的話語). 試問,如果是你們自己出國,你們會願意接受這樣的安排嗎? 你們會願意睡在雙層床嗎? 飯店人員允諾換房後會給我們三張單人床(就如我們本來的預訂),但是我們外出後回到房間還是看到不對的床型,跟櫃台反映卻被多次轉接,每次轉接都要在重複描述! 整個處理過程從下午的3點多一直到近半夜12點才完整的處理完!! 這過程中沒有感到貴飯店人員的一絲歉意! 整個住宿體驗極差無比!!

第二天我有包裹寄來飯店,因為寄件人寫錯我的名字,人員打電話上來的口氣很差,而且叫我下次要用同一個名字之後,沒有說任何話就掛掉電話,非常沒有禮貌。 除此之外的其他人員跟經驗都很棒!
