First stay at this Novotel property in Bangkok. Everything is great..from reception to restaurant to execute lounge. As an Accor Gold member, I was told that booking an Executive Park View Room( with Lounge Access) will not be upgraded to higher category, so do Platinum member. I believed the higher category would be suite room,but nevertheless the park view room is good enough. Breakfast was great, though they did not have a separate dining area for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks. You need to go to the main restaurant at the lobby for your breakfast for all type of room guests. Afternoon tea and evening drinks will be served at a little corner area at the lobby too. Surprisingly, this property serve light afternoon bites with your tea or coffee, which is welcoming. The hotel provides direct complimentary tuk tuk to Rachatevi BTS which is one station to Phaya Thai station that connect the Airport Rail Link. Every 2 hrs from morning. Also it is conveniently located within the Platinum Mall at Pratunam district. So you are in the middle of the main city district of Ratchaprasong. Would love to compliment the lounge staff for their impeccable service throughout my stay! Jackie, Best and Ice! Would consider staying here again if I'm back. Rm #2510

We really love this hotel because my children they like to shopping and also my wife she is very loved to eating at the platinum shopping mall . When we have arrived at the hotel the reception they are very helpful by Nonny + Taew 💛🩷💛🩷💛💛🩷💛🩷💛🩷💛🩷💛

Very good room cleaning servics by the staff May housekeeping . Very efficient , clean and friendly service. Highly recommend . Hotel in good location with shopping and food all around. And near BTS station. Can walk on the walkway very safe and convenient .

The house keeping May done a excellent job and very kind Very happy and beautiful girl! I really enjoyed the trip 😁

Excellent location and the staff specially Ice, Earn and Alpha were above world standard. My only negative comment is that I stayed for 5 days and hardly no change in the breakfast. Rooms were cleaned as requested and though in the middle of Bangkok the noise was negligible
