员工的服务态度，遇事就推卸责任，这个我觉得必须改进一下，超级差的入住体验，严重影响我这趟旅行的心情！

Dear Ms. Kerk, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please accept our sincere apologies that your experience did not meet your expectations and that it affected your enjoyment of the trip. After reviewing your stay, we would like to clarify that one of the rooms under your reservation was complimentary upgraded to an Executive Park View Room, which offers additional space and a different room layout. We understand that you wished for all members of your group to have the same room type and experience, and our team made every effort to find a suitable alternative and assist with your request. However, as the hotel was operating at full occupancy during your stay, our options were unfortunately limited. Nevertheless, our team remained committed to supporting you and exploring all available solutions throughout your stay. We regret that the outcome did not meet your expectations and that our communication left you with a negative impression of our service. Please rest assured that your comments have been carefully reviewed with the team, as we continuously strive to improve the guest experience we provide.
