大致上滿意,但當我在房間打去reception問早餐premium lounge及餐廳位置,回覆的服務員態度不太禮貌,她說早前已回答我先生,我需要打電話再問的原因就是因為她說得不太清楚,令我們覺得confused,她的態度令我對這酒店大打折扣。

大堂显得有些凌乱,但前台接待人员服务热情,态度和蔼可亲,解答客人问题耐心细致。餐厅食材新鲜,菜品有不同的特色,且秀色可餐。客房温馨舒适,用品整洁顺手。不足之处是中央空调温度不可调控,不能够满足不同客人的需求。

这次一家三口深度游曼谷,入住四晚Novotel,期间没有换房,说说整体感受。家人都觉得这次入住感受不错,对得起价格,房间干净,无异味,被褥也很干净,早餐的话还行,比较偏西式。酒店地理位置也不错,我们这次主要是曼谷购物游,这家酒店离主要的商圈、天铁及地铁乘坐也很方便。对于此次家人出行酒店打分,整体感受可以给80了。

1. 职員:幫忙訂車、按电梯,態度友善,讚 2. 房間整体整潔 3. 近BTS 方便 4. 酒店後門对面有好好的按摩店 5. 大堂餐廳有吊椅好吸引小朋友,又有遊戲机 6. 隔一条亍有个小夜市 但好可惜,未有机会享用酒店的泳池及健身室

對酒店整體感覺滿意, 美中不足只是當我們凖備入睡時,拉開被子,才發現被子有疑似血漬的弄污,即時拍下照片並前往大堂告知接待人員,很快便幫忙我們把被子換掉!希望酒店房務員往後在執拾房間時多點留意細微不當眼的地方,可減少同類型的事情發生,謝謝!

酒店比較舊,不太整潔,check in 及check out 慢,又沒有welcome drink,大堂bar 服務差,點了食物35 分鐘未到,原來沒下單因為員工在聊天 入住最後一天發現別的客人有VR game coupon, 他們只是普通住客,但我們沒有coupon, 而且入住第2天去地庫問職員說住客也沒優惠,真差勁。 應該不會再入住此家了。

位置很赞!无话可说。就其他方面说一下:第一、无法使用银联、支付宝、微信等中国常用工具,在日益全球化的今天,无法使用银联最让人无法理解,极其不便利,坐落在曼谷的市中心的酒店让人无法理解;第二、住宿时安排入住506房间,靠近天井,房间有噪音等问题,不过好在及时找前台更换。这类问题在booking的评价上曾看到,没想到发生在自己身上。怀疑如果我不找前台,就只能这样入住一晚。同样的事情不确定是否只发生在中国人身上,是否涉嫌歧视,还望周知。

Front Desk 員工服務態度親切,感覺很好。 House keeping 方面就要多加改善。我們一行三人,入住一間三人房間,check in 時front desk 員工話會立刻為我們加床,所以我們先外出晚飯才回酒店休息,但當入到房間,仍然是兩張單人床,原來沒有員工來過處理。之後每天的refill 梳洗用品,都只有一或二套,又或忘記refill 飲用水..... 即使打電話到house keeping 要求添加,也會有遺留。 最令本人不滿的是,沖涼的花灑水壓非常弱 (這點我第二天一早便到 front desk 要求可否檢查或調校一下水壓,但最終都是不了了之)。本人是長頭髮,我要花上比平時長一倍的時間洗頭之餘,亦感覺洗得不夠乾淨,真的希望你們可以改善一下,令客人住得更舒服,有賓至如歸的感覺。 其餘大至滿意。

到达酒店以及办理入住是比较满意的,但是不满意的情况从第二天的早餐开始了,二楼的餐厅是长期爆满的人员状况,等待时间都不短,如果10点去,等到10.15有座位,等你入座没多久,已经开始陆陆续续的撤掉有些食物或者干脆就没有那些食物了,我觉得既然酒店生意那么好,能不能把早饭时间再延后点呢? 还有就是结账的问题,显示可以银联以及支付宝或者微信结款,结果没有一个能用的,支付宝的那个设备甚至都没有联接,用VISA支付的时候,接待台的工作人员竟然第一次选择是美金兑换成人民币的价格,要知道这样我就需要多付总房价的5%的价格,我非常的不理解,如果有别的使用人民币的住户并且不太在意这个小细节的话,那就是意味着多付了5%,这样对待住客是什么道理? 其他方面都很不错,尤其是客房部的工作人员,非常热心。

1.第一天房間沒有飲用水 2.房間的WIFI一直連不上,我打了幾通電話到櫃檯都沒有及時處理,直到我用手機錄影後撥放給他看才有人幫忙處理 3.後續幾天一樣的狀況,我就沒有力氣再反映了 其他都OK!

酒店位于曼谷市中心Siam商圈,周边配套齐全,各种大的购物中心,吃喝玩乐方便,离轻轨站很近走路两三分钟。去曼谷各个景点都很方便。酒店服务很好,房间舒适。

久闻诺富特酒店大名,所以这次选取了贵店及其13天的住宿,首先,交通地理位置非常好,贵店的工作人员热情有礼貌,房间干净卫生! 以下是对贵店的一些建议,希望你们更加优秀! 1、房间的充电设备或者电源插座设计不便利 2、洗澡间放置洗澡液的设计缺失,面积过少,洗 澡时放置物品经常掉落 3,本人13天的住宿期间,出现了两种收拾房间的风格,明显是两个人不同的作风,其中有一个很好,该补的都补齐,另外一个则是大毛巾不更换,洗澡间地毯斤不给予,一些洗澡物品也没几及时补回,(每天的小费肯定是给予充足*),铺床甚至随便褶皱 最好祝诺富特酒店生意蒸蒸日上,下次我还会选择诺富特
