We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is ideally located, right beside Siam Paragon, and the room is nice and clean. But the best of all is the service, everyone was helpful and pleasant. Shout out to Pear and Potae! They really went above and beyond to try to accomodate all our requests. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 3 days. The staff are great, they were friendly and helpful. We came in earlier than check in and once the room was ready we checked in. It was a good stay The location is perfect. It’s walking distance to MBK Centre. Starbucks is opposite the hotel. And lots of walking distance amenities nearby. The location was perfect for us. This was a good stay for my friends and I.

I am very appreciative of the staff at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square. They were very polite, professional, and accommodating. Very warm feeling and feel valued. One person who stood out was their Manager, Khun Dew. He took the time to show me the rest of the rooms and was very patient in explaining all my queries. Thank you, Khun Dew. I'm really looking forward to my future stay at the hotel.
