The hotel is on the top off a mall, croweded and lots off traffic jam to arrive from airport. The arrival experience was quite confuse the lobby was soo full and the executive room dont avoid the wait for check in, in our case with a unfriendlly staff. The room was ok. Good bed, shower and city view but quite small. Breakfast food quality was pretty good but once more unfriendly staff and overcroweded. Overall food was very good. Executive lounge was nothink special , but the only place where the staff was warmer and kind. For the pricetag they charge me i would expexct more. It was very unpersonal and  croweded stay. I wouldnt recomended this hotel for vacation or family stay, it was more like bed and breakfast worthed but maybe this is the proposal and i did  get it.

Highly recommended. Good location and easily accessible, Next to Siam Square making access to BTS and Malls very convenient. Service was top notched and facilities were very clean.

Great location and Premier Room facilities!

I recently stayed at the Novotel Siam Square in an Executive Premier Room with my husband from November 20-24, 2024, while attending a 3-day conference at Chulalongkorn University. The location was excellent—just a quick 4-7 minute Grab bike ride to the university and conveniently close to major malls and downtown attractions. Even Jodd Fairs was just 20 minutes away by bike taxi. We wouldn’t recommend you to take a taxi as the traffic can be really bad, especially in the afternoon. The room was well-sized for two people, offering enough space to move around without feeling cramped. My husband, who stayed in the room while I was at the conference, found it comfortable and enjoyable. One minor drawback was the late cleaning service on Saturday, which seemed to be due to a single staff member handling all the rooms on our floor. However, she was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, which made up for the delay. We made good use of the Premier Lounge, which was a highlight of our stay. While the breakfast options were somewhat limited, the private and peaceful atmosphere was a welcome change from the bustling restaurant on the second floor. Special mention to Mint, one of the lounge staff, who was exceptionally friendly and gave us great tips on local attractions and a recommendation for a fantastic Thai massage place. Both the Premier Lounge and the unbeatable location made this stay memorable. I would definitely recommend Novotel Siam Square to friends and family, and we look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Bangkok.

We chose this hotel for its fantastic location, very clean rooms and excellent service. Mr Jib, our room attendant, was fastidious in his cleaning and always had a big smile and greeting for us. This is our second stay here and we’ll be back again at the Novotel Siam Square.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and quick to address concerns. The bed is firm and comfortable! Breakfast not bad too, hotel is very clean and convenient. There were things that I could help ourselves with, but the staff took the initiative to help us. It made me feel at home. Special thanks to mint :)
