Fliggy Members

As a loyalty program targeting tourist groups in the Alibaba ecosystem, the Fliggy Membership Program consists of a membership level system and a point system. Fliggy members are marked by four levels, namely, F1, F2, F3 and F4, according to their consumption on the platform. Members can enjoy the corresponding tiers’ benefits offered by both Fliggy and the brands on the platform. "Fliggy Miles" is the member reward points awarded to Fliggy members according to their consumption. When members book travel service on the platform, they can redeem Fliggy Miles for Fliggy vouchers and coupons, airline/hotel points, travel and lifestyle benefits as well as other membership privileges.
