ALL loyalty programme - general terms and conditions governing the Fliggy partnership:

1. Conversion of Fliggy Miles into ALL Reward points:

Fliggy Members may convert their Fliggy Miles into Reward points of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s loyalty programme.

To do this, the Fliggy Members must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership Card.

Fliggy Miles may only be transferred from a Fliggy Members account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme.

After conversion, the converted Reward points are added to member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules.

2. Points are converted as follows:

13.5 Fliggy Miles = 1 ALL Reward point

The points conversion described above is done manually through member's Fliggy Members account.

Fliggy Miles transferred on the member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless account are converted into Reward points.

Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.

2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme's rules.
