Very good as always, but the attitude of the Novotel collegue was surprisingly unpleasant.

I used to stay at this hotel every two weeks and have always had a satisfying experience without any issues. Every time, the hotel hosts authorize me to use the fitness equipment at Novotel, which is located in the same building and can be accessed through the same lift. However, on this occasion, someone from Novotel stopped me on the way to the fitness room with an inappropriate attitude and used inappropriate language. It is not a big deal, but it certainly ruined our well-established routine." It's a shame that Ibis budget does not credit points for the Accor loyalty program. Best, phb

Lit fait sol dégoûtant même pas un coup de balai passée et je ne parle même pas de la salle de bain Une honte. Le sol vaut encore des traces de pas. Poubelle non vidée Un expérience catastrophique, mais seul dispo dans l’urgence. Mon enfant de 5 ans était épuisé par la route et il était tard nous pensions passé une nuit reposante avant de reprendre la route.

Room with "extra large bed" didn't really have a large bed. First time ever we had to pay a deposit in one of the Ibis hotels.
