Clean, comfortable and pleasant stay. Impressed with the Breakfast. A little more leg room in the bathroom would of welcome, although as a less large person this wasn't much of an issue for myself.

Good visit, close to city centre, nice bar with reasonable food

i booked your hotel as it was recommended by my customer i was visiting , after checking into my room and getting ready to go out i moved a stool below my TV and found a pair of old socks at the back of the stool , this had clearly not been moved by the cleaner , around the edge of the carpet was very dusty and had not been hoovered , i went down to reception and told them this was not good enough for what i had paid . When i got back the socks had gone but the room was still dusty . the room was hot , i tried to put the Air conditioning on but there was not clear instructions , so opened the window . The next morning i again said about the room but after working all day it still hadn't been cleaned properly as the just was still there , no one seemed bothered and just shrugged there sholders I expected some sort of credit back from you group ( But Nothing )
