Not warned about the "Feria" in Alés and the fact that the hotel is 200 meter from the city center where all the festivities were taking place. But worst is that the airco in the room didn't work at all!!! :-( It was 26 degrees in the room... So had to open the window and was then confronted with the loud music till 01:00 hours.

It was Okay. The Staff was very Nice but the Room would need a better Confort (maybe a proper club chair and a rug) and the Bathroom was not 100% clean.. Hopefully next time it will be much Better !

Very friendly staff, welcoming, know what the word service means. Also the restaurant serves excellent food in the evening and a great breakfast buffet in the morning.
