Mövenpick hotels never fails to amaze me. Great hospitality, the food was super and most importantly the environment around the hotel is very peaceful as it’s very nature friendly. Doesn’t matter it’s a solo or a family vacation, the hotels suits to all of them.

Good hotel, great tasting food but it’s the staff that make the experience

Mixed views about the hotel but absolutely adore the food & beverage staff. As someone with an allergy the menus had 3 different variations, all with different allergen lists which was concerning, but the staff were wonderful when I was at Bittersweet restaurant. Shout out to E-mail, as she remembered my allergen from a few nights before, and Grape and Mam were wonderful too. MÖVENPICK BDMS - look after those girls! In terms of the hotel, there’s construction happening next door which can be noisy on weekdays. Location is decent but at least a 10min walk to either other food options or amenities. Bit overpriced for food and the spa but also appreciate the quality of the dishes. Didn’t partake in the spa offerings as they were more than I’d pay my remedial massage therapist back in Australia - apparently it was a discounted price here too! Rooms are HUGE and a good escape from the heat. Can feel a little too cold at times and air con a bit noisy overnight. Few issues on arrival with downloading the app (apparently need to scan QR code twice!) and the second keycard not working then only working for 1 day out of 4. Mixed view of reception staff as some were great helping and others, well I shouldn’t have had to follow them up after my initial check in. Enjoyed my time here overall

Concierge Team and F&B Team are so nice, and they provide excellent service to us. The breakfast is so healthy and rich. The 2 bed room suite is comfortable. Swimming pool is so relax. The lounge is so relex. There is free shuttle bus service to bts. very nice. We must visit again next time.
