Decor is very modern and welcoming & The staff is friendly, especially Mr. Mazen, who offers a room with a wonderful view. Room was clean . Animation . Everything just fine thank you so much ……………Mr mazen thank you so much for your helping there is always something for everyone

Extremely dirty resort during construction

The resort is under construction and we were upgraded to the newly renovated rooms. The rooms were not cleaned at all! There was building dust everywhere (walls, floors, closets), the toilet was extremely dirty with feaces in the toilet and dried up urine on the toilet seat. There were many ants at the balcony and sofa. Plastic on the newly installed lamps. The closet was coated with building dust so we had to wipe it clean before we could transfer our clothes to it. We had booked a queen size bed but got a room with to twin beds. They moved them together after we asked about it, but it is not the same as a queen size bed since there is a big line down the middle. There was housekeeping every day but the rooms needed a good thorough cleaning. The floors should be washed and scrubs every day, especially in the hallway and bathroom. The sink and toilet was filled with residue from the construction (silicone sealer, cement ect.). The newly renovated rooms are beautiful but they need a THOROUGH cleaning and inspection before guest should be allowed to check in. The beach used to be nice and quiet but since the entertainment experts makes announcements and noise every hour the experience is ruined. It is nice that they offer these activities like yoga, water arobic, volleyball ect. But please move them to the pool or be more quiet about it. Make a sign with your offered activities during the week or make a booth where people can come to you. When you shout, play loud party music or use your whisel you ruin the holiday. We pay a huge amount of money to come and relax at your resort. Not to be terrorized by loud party music. The staff handing out towels and drinks at the beach and pool have our best recommendations. Especially Hamada. He made our stay special once again. The food was overall good. Big variety and fresh food. It was nice that you could get your own omelet or pasta made by a chef. The bread station was great! Only thing that could be improved, was more hummus!! It was great and we could eat it during morning, lunch and dinner! But sadly it was only available on a few days. The to other restaurants, the Indian place and the kebab place was incredible! They have my best recommendations.

We visiting the hotel and the bar man was ibrahim on beach 4 was amazing. The service was fantastic and he was friendly. We got a table with a view and watched the sun go down. The beach was fantastic

This hotel is amazing, we stayed here for 2 weeks in April,the weather in Egypt is always perfect so we didn’t hesitate to book , l love sunbathing on the beach and my husband loves to go snorkelling in the sea and this hotel is just perfect for both with 5 beautiful beaches too choose from in this hotel it was just perfect for us , the staff are so friendly always ready to help, we have 2 favourite restaurants the Indian and Egypt food was great in both,the rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable,we stayed in a room on the top floor the views are amazing every room has a sea view, there are so many beautiful places to sit and have a drink in the evening or just relax and enjoy the views from your room, the walk into town is just 20 minutes ,looking forward to coming back in October already booked
