Amazing resort and brilliant staff especially around the pool area. We were taken good care of by Kariem who was very attentive and made our experience around the pool very enjoyable relax pool and the test of cocktails was very good and about the roll skati every thing was amazing❤️

Excellent Rixos resort with excellent location located very close the airport. Extremely clean & comfortable. Would definitely recommend this resort to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you to the amazing staff who looked after our family so well. Special mention to the lifeguard Abdelghafar who helped my mother in and out of the water, watched our children at all times, got sun beds ready for us every morning and always smiled. A special mention to staff who kept us cool by providing cold flannels at the poolside, a great idea to keep us cool, The bar staff always prepared drinks to our specific needs, all cocktails made with fresh ingredients. Special mention to Mahmoud who kept us hydrated throughout the day by bringing us drinks and snacks. The golf buggy system is great, taking you from different stops throughout the resort, it helped my mum who has mobility issues get around resort, all the drivers helped by providing a step for her to get in and out the buggy easily. Special mention to Mehmoud who helped her by offering to drop her to her room everyday. Rooms cleaned and restocked daily (block 38 in aqua side), cleaners ensure you have what you need and replace snacks and drinks. Towels made in to characters and shapes a special touch both on the poolside by the lifeguard and in the rooms by the cleaning staff. Overall a great resort made special by all the staff, we are visiting the same resort again in August 2024! We have also been recommending this resort to all our family and friends.
