It's my second stay in Novotel. I was here on July with my daughter and everything was so nice that this time i came with my mom, my aunt and my cousin Last time i was complaining about the animation whic was great this time. The food, the beach, the rooms, the location but especially the staff is amazing. I stayed in many hotels in all over the were included 7 stars exclusive hotels and never meet such a wonderful staff. I would like to thank first to Iaroslava, to the kindest, helpfull, friendly , elegant woman in the world. She helped me with everything, even with my lost luggage in Turkey. Words are not enough to appreciate her help. Also Ali, Ezraa from the reception, the security manager, the bar tenders, Ahmet who cleaned our room, and to everyone in this great hotel, thank you for making our stay magnificent. If you ever go to Sharm don't look for any other place to stay. And don't forget to have dinner at the a la carte restaurant with delicious meals. If i could give a million of stars i would give to this hotel. And i'll come back again and again. Thank you guys🩷

The location was great, and the rooms were clean. Amenities were okay, and we noticed that the hotel is currently being renovated. However, the overall atmosphere felt dull. The service experience was disappointing — we saw several staff members looking extremely stressed, even arguing with each other in front of guests. At one point, there was even a loud argument involving guests, which was quite uncomfortable to witness. While some staff were friendly, the majority didn’t seem in the right mood. The food also lacked taste, which added to the overall letdown. The main goal of our vacation was to relax and enjoy our time, but unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver that experience.

Exceptional Stay and Impeccable Service at Novotel I recently enjoyed an absolutely amazing three-night stay at the Novotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was flawless and exceeded all expectations. While the hotel grounds are beautiful, the true highlight was the exceptional service. A massive and sincere thank you goes out to the incredible management and staff who made our trip truly special. We especially want to recognize the amazing manager, Mr. Mohamed El Safty and Mr. Ahmed Aly and Mr. Maher, there professionalism, dedication, and genuine warmth ensured every interaction was a pleasure. We must also commend the housekeeping team, who kept our room pristine and comfortable throughout our stay—truly a flawless and amazing job. Beyond the incredible staff, the amenities are simply stunning. The pools are amazing—beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. However, the beach was the real showstopper; it is pristine, tranquil, and offered the perfect setting for a beautiful coastal escape. It’s definitely one of the best hotel beaches I've ever experienced. If you are looking for a perfect getaway combining five-star service with beautiful natural surroundings and stunning facilities, look no further than Novotel. We are already planning our return!

It was a beautiful and fun filled experience. I stayed at Novotel Palm View, the rooms were spacious, neat and well lit. The all inclusive package was the highlight. The food was also good with several varieties. Though the beach view seems to be bubbling with activities.

Could be better ..! I repeatedly visit Novotel and use A la cart and main restaurant...prices are higher comparison to service and quality ...i was used to get best service from the restaurant manager Salem Zahran and his good team ...now is different .. Actually he used to give best service ..very helpful..very professional..talks many languages..now waiters can hardly understand what exceptions you ask ...hope he was still there ..could enjoy our visit to Novotel more ...!
