Like always we had a terrific time in Novotel Beach in Sharm, there are only two points they have to look for the beds, have to be renewed (housekeepingmanager has to look for it and controle it) and the animation team has to learn english better...thanks for all the people who made this vacation again a terrific time

It was one of the better hotels in the area. However, I expected alot more for a 5 star hotel. While the hotel provides good service, it is let down by the old furnishings in the rooms which really need an upgrade and replacement.

The service in hotel restaurant very very slow and the room service very slow too cause when i just ordered ice or even towel you need to call them many times to get your order and really make my sad 👎🏻

i love this hotel, every thing is exactly what we needed, best Novotel staff ever i will defiantly coming back, and the restaurants are very spot-on, the pool was very nice with all the shows, the dance group was very nice

All rooms are larger than theusual standard, very quiet, friendly and efficient service, just cross the road and you are on the beach. Two swimming pools and a jacuzzi for those who prefer fresh water !

As I come every year to this place, I was, this time, completely disappointed.... The beach was completely crowed by Ukrainien at 10.30, and it was not far to be impossible to find a place at the beach. I was really shocked by seeing them walking on the coral reef (I saw this many times every day..).. But this is not the end. I had the same impression as to be in a bad 3 stars camping place: excepted the night with the traditional dances, the animation was so vulgar and with sexuel connotation that I couldn't believe it (for exemple, one night there were at least 20 half naked men on the stage, an other night, some couples were playing at a seduction game on the stage...) Everything is now in ukrainien : the quizz, the karaoke uso... At the beackfast, they take as much as the can : bread, pastry, etc. but when they leave, you can find all the rubbish on the floor or the table and then, every day, the crows are turning around at the restaurant and the beach to find the food...An other problem is the WIFI... You can have 3 connections with the Hilton Fayrouz but not with the Novotel... In 2018 it's inacceptable : in a 5 stars place you should have good connection in all the rooms, at the bar and at the restaurant... I have also to complain about the private loud-speakers...Now, to finish with some good remarks : A special thank's to the people working at the beach, they have always do their best to help to find a seat, thank's also to the security gard near the beach, and also to Roma who has always tried to find a solution at my complains....but if they are no change, I will never come again...

Of a Novotel Standard except for the breakfast, which was sub-pair and the breakfast tables were dirty. Otherwise nice hotel staff very helpful. Good location in Nama Bay. Rooms clean. stayed on the palm side of the road

There are two hotels: beach and palm. They indicated that palm is on the other side of the street before the beach. However, the street is about 100 meters from the beach and palm is about 300 meters from the street. And if they put you in the rooms at the back of palm, then you are about 450 meters from the beach. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Beach looks better but palm was full or Russia tourists and kids on bicycles who were participating in some competition. The staff were not friendly at all. I asked how much was a shuttle to the airport and the deputy manager said 100 EGP after the person who was in the previous shift had said 90 EGP. Is not a lot of money but it is unacceptable that staff try to take advantage of guests. The staff from the spa were terrible. They were constantly harassing guests to take one of their packages and it felt like you were in the streets of Cairo being offered papyrus. The fire alarm went off at 3am the second night and no one came to inspect. Security was alarming. There are metal detectors but no one is checked even if they beep and most people simply walk around the detectors.

Been to Sharm El Sheikh more than 10 times, never tried Novotel, and this time was my first time to stay there, and i just felt i've never been in Sharm before.. from now on, Novotel will be my only choice to stay in Sharm. i had the best 5 stars service, all the staff were ready to help you. staff are well trained to talk and deal with the guests . i recommend this place to everyone. make sure dont forget to meet Doaa, and Roma from Guest Relations..

It was a great honeymoon spend in novotel hotel sharm el sheikh namaa bay, rooms was so quite and pool view they also have nice private beach.From reception desk to housekeeping every single person went extra mile to make our stay more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed. Food is delicious and wide range of varieties. I would also appreciate chef who cook omelet for us in breakfast, unfortunately i dont remember his name. Well all the staff was good. Above all we met MALEK AHMAD HELAL, Who was the unforgettable person in our trip. He is very generous, polite and helped us in every possible way very professionally. Just because of him our trip at Novotel seems like we are at home, The way he treat us and drop us to our room from reception. He guides us from the first step in sharm al sheikh from Room keys to the market and from market to life of sharm and timings of different places untill we left hotel to airport. He is so willing to help his guest as much as possible. I like his attitude very much. And i suggests you, If you are Planing a trip to sharm go for Novotel. And if you are in Novotel , dont go anywhere just asked about Ahmad Helal. Then you need not to go to anybody else. He is treat you as your family.

The Hotel have a good Location, good facilities and services, many stuff in each field, the price is convenient. They have good beach facing the sea, some rooms facing garden, other facing swimming pool (which is better). Thanks to the front office manager Mr. Mohamed Mansour for the upgrade since I'm loyal customer with Member ship. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Nema Bay.

several complains were placed to Front Desk and Front Desk Manager, i did get a verbal apology and an offer to comp lunch or dinner "which cost only20 Euros" and a free shuttle to the airport. issues are: 1. 888 is forwarded to Reception rather than a dedicated team. 2. took 1:30 Hours to provide power plugs. 3. Air Conditioning takes at least 2 hours of closed doors and coolest level to keep the room acceptable. 4. ُToilet Light not working and dangling by wire. 5. One day i came back after a full day outside to find room door open and no cleaning has been done. Please clean room was left outside and no feedback from reception despite being asked 3 times. 6. almost all dishes and plate are greasy and have stains, have to personally wash it before using. 7. asked to be forwarded to room service by operator to order dinner and his reply was that he will send them to me. after explaining twice what i wanted he promised a call back by them, 30 minutes passed and still no calls. 8. Security staff attitude in general is not up to expectations, with dis-respectful way of asking your room number in the hotel, despite that you are already half way thru the resort. also when picked up by a local dive center, security wont let the transportation enter the premises and i have to walk all the way to the street. on one occasion the security asked the dive resort staff to state his name, my name, my room number and where he was taking me for no obvious reason. 9. last day at the resort, i passed by reception to arrange transportation, reception pointed me towards a desk located outside in the sun and asked me to wait for that employee to come and take my order rather that dealing with it himself. 10. SPA is not part of the hotel and is run by a 3rd party company where you have to pay them directly and cannot charge it to the room. Spa employee had to follow me all the way to my room to get my credit card and pay for the service. 11.asked to be moved to a beach side room rather than a garden side room and the reply by front office was "Why?", till i left i was not replied to with availability. now on the up side, here are some people that i need to thank for trying to make my stay the best they could 1. Front Desk Manager Mr. Abdel Shakoor & Supervisor Mima 2. Mr. Mostafa, manager of the Spa. 3. Mr. Mohammed, Security Supervisor. 4. the security staff that crosses the street with me and stops traffic as the resort is located on 2 sides of a road.

Security failure

During one of my scuba diving daily trips (april 13th, 2014, room 4210), my in room safety box was open and all my money and jewlery was stolen. Outside my room was a camera, that could not identify anybody because that day, was pointing to the another direction. The hotel management requested me to avoid the involvement of the police but anyway I file a report and gave a 3 hour stament with interragation to the egyptian tourist pólice, so the investigation is on at the moment. I am certain that this was not the first time that similar situation occured. The pool area have plenty of mosquitos, so definetey you need a pretty good insect repelent. To be fair with the hotel, the staff was nice.

Excellent Hotel but spoilt, if you stay in the Palm Wing, by a long walk crossing a dual main road to get to the Beach wing where all the main Restaurants are for breakfast etc and access to the beach. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff very helpful and food good overall.

good food, poor servicel

Excellent food althougth the fresh fruit especially oranges were in huge pieces too large for adults let alone children. the restaurant staff stand around and are slow to clear tables. only once in seven mornings was I offered a drink by the waiter. The Accor group can only offer Bed and breakfast while most guests were on an all inclusive basis.

in genaral the stay with the hotel was not bad , but there is some vital point should be taking care of : 1- no internet wireless connection on rooms . 2- the air-condition was very poor . 3- the floor inside the room was dirty . 4- the smell of the room was very bad because of the wood furniture . 5- no bar tender staff on the beach . 6- the bed cover was very old thanx
