Great but not luxury

Great beach facilities. Amazing Food. Rooms are large with some details that need reformation (floor, having a rain shower in the room not only a bath, towels and robes are quite old already). Reception staff at the front desk are not very welcoming, we did a late check out and I would expect when checking out the receptionist to ask how was our stay, but not even a smile or a thank you. I hope the manager will read this as I strongly advice to give trainning to the staff in general, some people are very nice but some are very unprofessional.

Best Hotel Ever!

Wow, best hotel we have ever stayed in. Fantastic facilities but what makes this hotel special is the staff. Our first visit to Sharm and we were upgraded to a deluxe room free of charge. We stayed in block 4 facing the garden which was lovely and quiet just as we had requested. Our room number was 4005 which a very short walk to reception and the Oasis pool. All the staff are so friendly and do their upmost to make your stay special. Special mention to our housekeeper, Muhammed Ali who looked after us and ensured our room was mosquito free. He even made up our bed on our last night with roses and lights.

These are our opinions based on our experiences. Our second visit here and it was as good if not better than the first. Check in again a breeze, arranged a private transfer from Sharm Airport with Falcon Adventure (highly recommend) , quickly shown to our room 4237 , very quiet block, was on the high floor which ,may be a issue for less able people as there is no lift, however cases brought to room for us. Lovely clean and large room with all amenities , safe, small mini bar fridge, large bathroom with shower and bath. Comfortable bed with Aircon in room, plenty of wardrobes with hangers , small hair dryer in bathroom. Room cleaned daily to a high standard , if you need anything just leave a note for cleaner. Bath robes and slippers provided with lotions and vanity kits, moisturiser shower gel etc. relatively good wifi in room with large TV (ability to use firestick etc). all hotel easily accessible either by walking or buggy. Spent whole two weeks around Oasis pool, very quiet and also heated, you do have to get down there earlyish if you want specific sunbeds. Great service around pool, drinks, snacks, glasses cleaned etc. Pool bar itself good service friendly main man who looked after us all 2 weeks. (Thankyou :-)). drinks a bit Whitney (they're not right but there ok!!) possibly watered down a little , just have more ;-) . FOOD- all outstanding , managed to book a restaurant every night via app at 00:00 for following day. i can not commend the food enough it was fabulous , the Lamb chops in the Turkish were exceptional we did not have a single bad meal, we even went the Sushi, whilst this isn't really our thing the food was tasty and very well presented. The breakfast and lunch service in the main restaurant was always good and a wide variety of choice. only managed one dip in sea as it was a bit choppy but to be honest if you have snorkelled in the Red Sea around Sharm before there are better areas to go, i would recommend a specific trip if snorkelling is your thing. Great evening entertainment , probably not quite as good as last year but still good. Music probably not to everyone's taste but we enjoyed it , DJ Fella was again a bouncing entertaining dynamo :-) , drinks service in evening bit hit and miss, however it was only a short walk to the bar if needed and you got served very quickly. All in all a fabulous two weeks, very relaxing and with it being our second visit so very easy to drop into relaxation mode. Main things for us was the standard of the food ,it was so very good!!! and lets not forget its Adults only so no screeching kids (bless them). We have never returned to the same Hotel twice until now and we were so glad we did. Rixos Sharm 18+ is without doubt the best place we have stayed and its not as far as Mexico or the Caribbean. So to sum up 2nd visit - Fabulous, the food was epic and the Hotel outstanding, so good in fact next year we are going back!! Thankyou to all the Team at Rixos for a lovey two weeks , see you next year for much of the same, if you are considering this hotel get it booked :-) you will not be disappointed.

I would like to share my opinion as we enjoyed our stay so much.I had best vacation in our lifes and i have already been to all A la carte restaurant and Main restaurant and it was so delicious.The drinks at the all bars are so tasty .We would like to thanks Norhan from Guest Relation as she managed for us everything
