Wonderful time at Rixos Adult Only

Rixos - Adult Only. We have just arrived back after a wonderful holiday at this hotel. Negatives - None Positives - The TUI rep Ramon was helpful and was always there to help. He was friendly and always had a smile, he is one of the best reps for TUI we have had. 1 . We had a delux room 3012 which was big, clean with a wonderful pool view. Our housekeeping man was very efficient always asked if everything was ok and was anything needed thank- you to Ahmed Ali. 2. The pool which was nice, clean spacious, warm. Pool area very clean, large comfortable sun beds with brollies. The man in the towel booth very helpful always puts your towels on your sunned. Thank you to him as I forgot to get his name. A Big thank you to Yusef who kept us well hydrated and worked very hard around the pool. We was always greeted with a smile and coffee in the mornings, also to the other pool waiter who was on skates, he was a very nice & pleasant guy who always kept us amused. 3. Thank you to all the shuttle drivers as they got us around with ease and again all greeted us with a smile. 4. Restaurants - Plenty to eat whether you eat at lunchtime or in the evenings loads of nice desserts and ice cream selection. Breakfast again plenty of choice. Special thank you to Salma who made sure we had everything we needed and made our English tea every morning. We had an Italian & Asian meal in the Al a Carte restaurant which again was very nice. 5. Reception staff all helpful and pleasant to talk to also all bar staff especially the bar in the main reception area as they knew we had a white coffee in the evenings. The evening entertainment was good and the beach was lovely. This is suitable for old & young as you can either sit in the bar or go to the lounge bar if younger. We are booking again for next year as this will be the year of our 50th golden wedding anniversary as we were so impressed and looked after we will not go anywhere else. I really hope we get the same room as it was on ground floor level which was good for me as I have a foot problem and find it hard to navigate stairs. Well done to the Management and Staff at Rixos.

Our review regarding Rixos Sharm - Adults Only. Last year in November we were accommodated at Rixos Golf Villas in the Stay at 1, Enjoy 3 option, practically we could also benefit from the Rixos Seagate and Rixos Adults Only resorts. At the last mentioned it was love at first view and a promise that we will return at the first opportunity when it has an acceptable budget. Well, a few days ago I flew to Sharm. The 8 days of vacation were exactly like a beautiful dream from which you don't want to wake up. This resort perfectly combines Turkish luxury and services with the exotic beauty of Egypt. I noticed here an attitude dedicated to the satisfaction of the tourist. For the first time we decided not to put those 20 E in our passport, but to our surprise we were asked what exactly we wanted from the accommodation and if we had certain preferences. We were also asked if we have food allergies or certain preferences. I pointed out that for us cleanliness and silence are the most important and we received a room in building 3, right next to the reception. Bonus, they upgraded us from the superior room of 37 m² to a deluxe one of 50 m². We travel to Egypt several times a year and have stayed both at budget resorts/hotels and at the best rated and most expensive ones. At this resort, for the first time, I found exemplary cleanliness. The hygiene of the room is done in the most serious way - vacuuming, washing, linen and towels changed every day. One day I slept more in the afternoon and refused the cleaning, and in the evening I found a kind of signed receipt in the door, as if there were 3 attempts to clean the room, but they still found the card with DO NOT DISTURB. The resort has a generous and well-kept surface. It has 1 main restaurant and 8 à la carte restaurants, many bars and a snack restaurant on the beach. The food is excellent everywhere, diverse and high quality. Most alcoholic drinks are included except for the very expensive ones. The staff is extremely prompt, as soon as you sit down at the table, someone immediately comes and asks you what you want to serve you. We were often amused by the fact that while the waiter was away after the drink, others would come and ask us if we wanted anything. At other resorts, it happens that no one notices you for good minutes. In terms of performances, he also excels. Every evening there is a DJ, special guests, various shows, dancers and it's really interesting. Every day there are activities, parties, various concepts, etc. At 17:00 the Sunset Party starts at the bar on the beach. Various DJs mix, they also bring female dancers, and the participants are served with specially prepared drinks + cold starters + fruits. The resort is organized in such a way that you find areas with parties, areas with a lot of silence, areas where you can practice various sports, areas with ambient music or the reception and lobby where live music is played on various instruments. Every 15 minutes, a golf cart makes the transfer to Rixos Seagate where you can enjoy absolutely everything, including the à la carte restaurants. I recommend the Spa here, where I had moments of pampering. Also at Seagate you can do better quality snorkeling than at Adults Only. The weak point is the receding sea, but not as bad as at Seagate which has a huge pontoon of over 1 km (because the pontoon is so big, there is a golf cart that transfers tourists to the end of the pontoon and vice versa). There are no cards for towels, you can take as many as you want. Detox drinks, natural juices of ginger, carrot, beet, apples, oranges + pretzels, fruit and wet and cold face towels are distributed on the beach. We spent beautiful, relaxing moments, and in the future we will return. The weak point is the sea, but we assumed this aspect and chose to enjoy the quality services offered by this resort. It is simply the best place I’ve ever stayed in Egypt. Everything is spot on. The room and the housekeeping are excellent. Food is very very delicious and the variety is endless. Specifically I need to thank the staff at the oasis pool and bar and special thanks to the guard staff Mr Osama, Ali , Ali and Kareem, they are great guys with excellent hospitality and very friendly and polite yet very hard working People Thank you all Very unforgettable holiday

11th time and as good as ever! The food, service and facilities are fantastic, but above all its the staff that make this hotel stand out from the rest. We travelled with friends who were experiencing Rixos Sharm El Sheikh for the first time and we all had a brilliant holiday. The al a carte restaurants are all fabulous, but if I had to pick one, it would be the Turkish very closely followed by Salt, the seafood restaurant. Even the Palm, buffet restaurant, is very very good with a massive range of food to choose from and it’s always fabulously presented. The evening entertainment was, in the main, very good. With DJ’s, dancers, acrobats and theme nights there’s something for everyone. There’s also an extensive sport and fitness programme everyday at the Lagoon pool, where they also have the pool parties. Or if you’re like me and prefer the peace and quiet to relax, you can laze around the Oasis bar and pool, so something for everyone. But as I said at the beginning, it’s the staff the make this hotel. They are well trained, approachable, polite and very friendly, and that goes from the reception and guest relations to the chefs (who create some fantastic very tasty food) and the cleaners to the bar and waiting staff. Well done to Rixos for the brilliant training these guys receive, thank you to all. They are all very good but there are a few individuals who went even further to make our stay a truly memorable holiday, they are in no particular order; Islam, Mohamed, Ahmed, Ali, Yousef and Ayman - Oasis bar and pool Ahmed, Mohamed, Yousef, Mostaffa, Mohamed and Islam - Palm restaurant Abdul, Islam - beach bar Mohamed, Gomaa, Sayed - Salt restaurant Haney and the young lady who greeted us (sorry forgot your name) - Taj Mahal restaurant Ahlam, Yehia, Eman Turkish restaurant I’m sorry if my spelling isn’t correct and also for the guys I have forgotten, but thank you very much for the excellent service you provided to us, we all had a great time! We will be back!! 👍
