This is my third year returning to this hotel, and if there is one thing that stands out above all other places I’ve visited, it is the exceptional quality of the restaurants. Among them, Mangal is easily one of the best—if not the best. Beyond the perfect food, what truly makes the experience remarkable is the staff. It was a pleasure to see familiar faces again this year, and I don’t think the service could possibly get any better. While the entire team is great, two individuals stood out by going above and beyond: Ibrahim Saber and Chef Tuncay. Each of them works with the dedication of ten people. I cannot recommend this place enough! Also i want to say something about entertaiment team in hotel, they are so nice and kind, every time informed us about shows and party at night, specialy Diana who learn us how to play voleyball.

Very nice hotel. Entertaument team is amazing here, special thanks for Diana whi played with us beach voleybal every day. Also party in the hotel so nice and funny. We stayed in room no 21003, a nice suite, super clean room. The cleanimg staff was super professional and dedicated. We really enjoied our staying here.

Raidel is the best guy from the team. Everyday good mood, smile and dance at the party with all the hotel)))
