The service was better one years ago ! Our vacation was normal , but its can be better , when staff the same take care of the small things. The food was amazing how every time , just have a few questions about service . And also so cool this hotel have different interesting places like coffee bar , ice cream bar and another . Thanks!

Outstanding stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh. The staff are genuinely friendly and caring, with special thanks to the shuttle drivers who were always cheerful, helpful, and made getting around the resort effortless. What really stood out was the hands-on involvement of the owners and managers—personally greeting guests, supervising the team, and clearly caring about standards. That level of presence makes a real difference and shows why the service is so consistently high. A beautifully run resort with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout. Highly recommended.
