We are returning guests the property is wonderful and in a great location for all the major attractions with gorgeous grounds . It is suitable for both business and relaxation. The staff are professional attentive and have a can do attitude . Roman our personal concierge is extraordinarily helpful as are the house keeping staff who collectively go above and beyond to ensure our comfort and needs are met. The excel at Turkish hospitality . We were a party of 10 staying staying in various room categories and all were very happy . We also got to enjoy the club which is outstanding as is the roof top restaurant. Breakfast is a delicious experience whether enjoyed at club or the main restaurant . We got to enjoy the spa,sauna ,pool and gym . Gunaydin the affiliated kebab restaurant Simply the best and a group favorite … the staff are superb. We plan to return in the autumn .

Swissotel has been my go to hotel in Istanbul. Spacious & clean rooms, excellent spa & pools, great restaurants. Location is great with beautiful bosphorus view. The breakfast is amazing. Yes the hotel is on the expensive side but it is worth every penny. Looking forward to stay again.

Erhan and Burcu at the check in were the most helpful! Amazing service, many thanks!! Room service- Ubadullah was amazing, very professional service!! Overall very nice hotel and very friendly people. I will definitely stay at Swissotel next time I come to Istanbul

- I got a free upgrade for my 5-nights stay (from a hotel room to a suite in the Residence building). - Dining services in the Residence building were amazing! Many thanks to the Waiter (Mr. Hasan Engin) who offered me a new dish every day I had breakfast there… really appreciate the hospitality and professionalism 👍🏼 5⭐️
