Beautiful hotel, beautiful facilities, very clean and tidy, very nice area. We had a really warm welcome from the stuff. Baran took really good care of us during breakfast. Amazing experience altogether. I will definitely visit this place again.

As always, I am very satisfied with this hotel. I wanted to thank the staff at the hotel bar.MR Doğanay yakar, Barkın karakuş , Eyüp topaloğlu Ezgi şehitoğlu, Nergiz Alçınkaya, They are always very friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel's excellent breakfasts are always enjoyable, and most of the people who work and provide service in the restaurant multiply this pleasure. Tanju yıldız, Burak sarı,Ahmet Avcı They are always wonderful. This hotel is very complementary, but the staff makes you feel like you are at home, and they are very friendly.

Enjoyed so many staff, especially Doganay at the Marbles bar. We were very delighted with our stay. The staff at the gold lounge was exceptional. We had lovely dinners with the recommendations from the concierge staff Ali and Iylada. The hotel is close to the subway and made touring very easy.

We had iftar as a family. The menu was great, very delicious. The service staff was superb. Especially Ms Esranur and Ms Ezgi have both been very helpful. The iftar will become a tradition for us, as we already made plans to revisit with the extended family.

Great service. Specially Onur, Seven and Irem at the Gold Lounge went above and beyond to make our visit a joyful memory. Very helpful and always hospitable. Ozan at concierge did a great job at finding a fabulous bouquet of roses for a Valentine's gift.
