We stayed here in April for a birthday holiday and were very kindly given some bubbly on the day. The hotel has a very unique chic vibe with trees and plants tastefully positioned throughout the gardens and pool area as well as the inside. Most of the staff are very friendly, hard working and accommodating. The bar area is very relaxed and peaceful, an ideal place to relax. The restaurant is oddly configured and does not have an inviting atmosphere, the food is sometimes good but very limited choice and always consumed with high levels of fats and oils. Even though the general consensus would be to eat soup, a salad course, a main course then desert there is only one knife and fork laid out, this means that you have to get your own for each course, some chose to simply take cutlery from another table but that left people to sit down with none. Staff were generally encouraging people to use the same cutlery for each course, something we believe is unacceptable. Breakfast was not that great and the staff in the mornings were often sparse meaning tables would pile up, some guests took advantage and we witnessed people filling bags with food. The rooms are small with very little room and limited storage i.e. no drawers for storage or shelves in the bathroom area. There was a member of staff who was taken ill while we were there so would like to send our thoughts on and hope she is okay. All in all we enjoyed our stay but improvements can be made

We stayed as a group of 4 for 4 nights and 5 days. The hotel was very clean and decor was beautiful. Staff were really friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great choice with juices, tea and coffee.

Holiday M. Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

We met up with friends. We didn't want noisy loud, we just wanted to catch up. The bar closed at midnight. So we sat in reception. It was clear the night staff just wanted to get shut of us. Other guests came in after their evening out, yes a little noisy but not rowdy the night staff were so rude to them 🙄 honestly They were shouting at them to be quiet, these guests were on holiday and paying to stay in the hotel. We were shocked.
