The location was perfect! The stay was comfortable and the Studio room was perfect for the 3 days stay. Thank fully the team at the reception spoke English which otherwise seemed the only challenge in the beautiful city of Almaty. I thought the breakfast spread was okay, the replenishments were done timely and in some items wasn't done at all, for example we asked for Butter and they said its finished and we cant get more, same is the case for waffles and eggs.
