We enjoyed our stay. Would be great if rooms were serviced just once during our stay. Such as a change of sheets and emptying bins.

Should our valued guests require any additional amenities such as tea, sugar, milk etc during their stay, these will be happily provided by our friendly Reception team day or night. Nice resort, great staff, good location, good pool. Only downside is the rooms were very daggy and a bit old, felt like student accommodation rather than a holiday apartment! In need of a refresh and modernisation. Beds were comfy

Good location but needs maintenance and room keeping

Check in was easy and good underground parking. Maintenance cones around pool and tiled areas but no one fixing these areas??? $10 charged to your cc (cash not accepted) for an empty water bottle at reception so we could drink filtered water rather than unsafe tap water but no money back when you return the bottle. Make your own bed and dry your own bath towels??? We ended up using our pool towels as bath towels as nothing dried! Very average and run down so called resort.

I have since shared your feedback with my Executive Team to immediately investigate the deficiencies you mentioned. Thank you for highlighting this. Regarding the cones you mention, yes, we do have some areas around the resort that were identified as needing attention and we are working with our contractors to get these issues remedied however our location means we cannot get trades as quickly as you might expect in a big city. Rest assured we are working as fast as we can to get any issues corrected when they come to light. In regard to the Purezza glass bottle you mention, these have been very popular with our valued guests. The whole point of the bottle is to reduce single use plastics usage, whilst delivering the convenience of unlimited chilled still and sparkling water day or night. When a guest purchases the bottle, it is theirs to keep, if they wish. We think it represents excellent value for money. I am not sure where you heard that the water here in Port Douglas is not safe to drink, as it perfectly safe to drink and probably some of the best water in Australia as the water supply comes from the Mossman Gorge region. Rest assured the water is perfectly safe to drink out of the tap. We stayed for 1 night on a Saturday whilst enjoying a weekend in Port Douglas. The hotel, grounds and pool area are beautiful. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which was very spacious and clean. The swim up bar was great, happy hour is 4-5pm! Great location, a 20 minute walk into town, would definitely stay again!
