I have been regularly visiting and staying with Novotel Chamier Road for more than 5 years now. Never I had such a poor experience. I stayed 3 nights and have booked 2 rooms. This time, the check-in was not smooth. Room was not available on the higher floor, even after request, the combined family room was not allocated. The complimentary drink, which is given to the All Accor privilege members at the time of check-in was not offered and was only given a night before the check-out.
