TI is very kind. Ask me often if i am okay and massage delicately. The massage strength is constant and makes it soft and comfortable. It helps you enjoy welcome drinks and last snacks and teas well. I recommend TI. Have a really happy time. Thanks.

Nice hotel, delicicous foood, all staff very friendly, helpful. Ms Hon, Nhung & Vi at Epice restaurant are friendly, good take care of us. Clean beach, nice Pool. Wwe realy enjoyed our stay. This is the first time to Vietnam, we will come back

Had a great stay here. The resort was very clean and we could enjoy swimming pool anytime beside the sea. The resort also provided free Yoga class of Thuy every morning, which was really nice and helpful to relax (also very exotic experience)

Amazing stay at Pullman Da Nang!

I had a great and relaxing time at Pullman. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. I booked a tour to Ba Na Hills via the hotel. It was great, I was on a private tour and my guide Dung was knowledgeable about the city and Ba Na Hills. The hotel also offers a free yoga class with Teacher Thuy every morning, she is a good teacher and can adapt to your level (I am currently pregnant). I also enjoyed the spa. The booking process is easy. I had a body massage and also a facial. Both times, the service was great. Hien was my therapist and Dieu the spa receptionist who helped me. I also joined a cooking class at the hotel and Chef Dao was fun and patient taking time to explain the ingredients and her cooking method. Finally, the hotel is well located, it has a swimming pool and easy access to the beach. There is also a tennis court (I did not use it). I noticed a couple of slides/playground areas (one near the breakfast restaurant and one on the beach) which is convenient if you have toddlers. The rooms are spacious with a balcony and the bed is comfy. The buffet breakfast is worth the money, there are a lot of food options. I really enjoyed my time there and wish I could stay longer.

Great experience at the spa. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the full body treatment with green tea body scrub provided by Ti and Hien. Thanks to both for a really professional service. We look forward to a visit again in the near future.
