Tuyet the manager at breakfast was wonderful. She organised my eggs perfectly. She was so dutiful with my various requests and was very friendly. She also delivered it to my table. 5 stars for Tuyet. One star off due to the variety of food at the breakfast station.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location about 5 min walk from the old town. Well designed rooms and lovely pools etc. we experienced the best service here of any 5 star hotel we stayed in during our time in Vietnam. Breakfast buffet is exceptional, also the best we experienced in Vietnam. Team members were engaged and helpful and warm. Highly recommended.

Facilities so good. Chef Tuyet was so obliging to make whatever we wanted at breakfast and Dung was our fabulous waitress. Both these ladies went above and beyond. Would stay here again. Location perfect. A little bit away from the old town but an easy 10 minute walk. We took the hotel bikes and cycled to the beach one morning through the rice fields

This hotel is fabulous and has a vibe from the minute you arrive outside. The breakfast is tailored to exactly what you want and supported by an amazing chef Tuyet who is multi tasking so many fresh meals but really enjoying her work and done with passion for food. We’re definitely coming back to the hotel on our next visit to Hoi An and for my Omelette. The staff are always smiling and beyond helpful.

Best Hotel in Hoi An, Might be in Vietnam

The Hotel is very beautiful with Art Decor, my room was large with balcony and stunning view of the river. I love the bed, so comfortable. Breakfast buffet are great, tasty and every morning were a truly delight. I have dinner at the main restaurant Faifo and food is sooo deliciuos . Rooftop Bar has a jaw dropping view and offer excellent cocktails. Above all, the staff here are the diamond of the crown. Friendly, attentive and very polite, they just want to make sure every body is well take care of. Shout out for Vy/ Barman, Trinh. Anh / the bellman. Ms Tuyet the great chef of the buffet. Thank you all and I will return for sure.
