My first time in Bana Hill

The location is fantastic in the middle of French village but the air conditioning is too hot for me. The breakfast was nice but table is unorganized. The staff , especially the bell boy is super duper helpful. However miss Ly Sam Daisy Hai is very kind to us.

Excellent place located right at Bana Hills, you can actually feel the clouds here and climate is just apt for hot cup of coffee or a chilled beer. Staff is very polite and helpful. Miyeon in Maison Du Roi in particular is very hospitable and treat her guests really well.

My stay at Mercure Ba Na Hills started with a lot of disappointment. I had booked this trip as a birthday gift for my son, choosing this hotel mainly for its convenient location on the mountain and also deciding to pay extra for Accor Silver status — expecting better service and special benefits. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as expected at first: • There was no priority welcome on arrival. • My son and his nanny had to carry their luggage uphill without assistance. • The Silver status dinner benefits were overlooked. • One staff member responded rudely when I asked about drinks included in the package. • There was confusion again on the second night regarding our reserved dinner seating. It was stressful, especially for what was supposed to be a memorable birthday trip. However, I want to delete my earlier complaint and give full credit to Mr. Kayden — a young, professional, and truly impressive hotelier who completely turned the situation around. He not only listened attentively but took real action to resolve every issue we experienced. His professionalism, empathy, and ability to handle service recovery with grace are rare in the industry. Kayden is without a doubt a valuable asset to Mercure Ba Na Hills. If any guest has problems during their stay, he is the right person to speak to. Thanks to his efforts, the rest of our stay became much more enjoyable, and my son finally got the special moments we had planned for him. Thank you again, Kayden — you really saved the experience. Me & friends enjoy stayed @ Mercure Bana. The best service is Lio the bell boy very helpfull since the check in untill check out. He gave us many infos about Bana & touristic places. We will come back for sure & find Lio again . Thank you for the hospitality during our stay

After seeing this on 'Travels with my father' I had to go. Not even a lot of negative reviews could deter me. And I'm so glad I did. I LOVED it. If only for the cable car and gardens alone it was worth the entrance fee for me. The golden hands bridge was also quite incredible, but don't expect to get an area not crowded with other tourists. We spent the whole day there with our guide and didn't even get to any of the 'theme park' rides. The cable car was amazing! the guide was included in our holiday package and he was great. We saw things we may not have known were there if we hadn't had him with us. Lunch was included - buffet - and it was huge and very tasty. It would almost be worth staying overnight here to be able to see everything. Even if you think it's tacky, it's fantastically tacky. And when it was an actual French villa resort just think that the french were carried up there on rickshaws on the shoulder of Vietnamese workers!!
