Charming hotel high up on the hill

We spent a night here in this charming hotel on the hill. The room was very nice. We got the room with a balcony so that we could enjoy a stunning view by the church. The food there was good. The restaurant staff was well-organized, so the crowd was manageable. The staff, especially Ms. Kayla from the guest relations office and Mr. Mason, who helped us get to the hotel, was very helpful. We were so appreciative. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful place very soon.

Good: The whole resort was beautiful and well-maintained and certainly worth the experience. We highly recommend staying overnight as most of the tourists disappear (+- 17:00 hours) in order to catch the last cable car down the mountain. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The room (amazing view of French Quarter cathedral and street below) and bathroom were excellent; the bed was comfortable. The room included a safe and a kettle. The swimming pool complex (free pool with hotel stay) was beautiful and well-maintained. Poor: Check-in was at a different building (we didn’t know this) to the standard entry to the resort. The check-in process (at the foot of the cable car) was slow required standing in a line; once checked in, the access to the cable car was quick and easy. The breakfast was designed for many people, but the choices were rather limited compared to what we had experienced in the Hanoi hotels. The shower water flow was slow. Leaving the resort (we left before noon), the escalators at the foot of the cable car were all going upwards to cope with the incoming tourist crowds, which meant that we had to walk down many flights of steps (fortunately we didn’t have our luggage with us).

The hotel in general was absolutely breathtaking with amazing European architecture. The view from above is majestic and you can really blend yourself with nature but at the same time enjoy the city life. The bellman, Mountain (Núi) was so lovely and helpful with the services. I'd highly recommend this place for vacation w friends/family!

I and my daughter came here for the first time. Very fun and appreciate with Mr. Jerry. Mr.Jerry is very kind . He has a good service ,always smile and work very fast. He explained and answered very clearly to us. I hope he would be healthy, good long life.

The place is so fantastic and so enchanting a lot of medieval history structures, palaces, room is good and clean but would prefer checking the room place before booking cause some doesnt have view, We were all enchanted and our fantasy world were filled overall its a very good experience, pictureque places and friendly staff specially mention Mountain (Nui) very hands on in helping us for our luggage and showing us the way to cable car and also during check out…. Would love to come back again…. from 3 in one review Hanah, Diane And Butter… ❤️❤️❤️
