Had a fabulous 10 days here. Staff were so helpful and accommodating, especially Aib, Nueng, Mew and Mind on reception and Mam K and Fang on the cleaning staff. We're heading home today and sorry we didn't book a longer stay. From the breakfast, to the in room service to the relaxing pool, we've had the best time. Close to Central, Jungceylon centre and Bangla St. Highly recommend if you're looking for a luxury stay in Phuket.

We had a great time at this hotel. All the facilities that are at the hotel all fulfilled our expectation in a having a great trip from the the reception, to the spa, to the restaurant, the breakfast especially was really well set up. All the staff were friendly with us all throughout our stay and would like to give our special thanks to concierge staff Nueng, Bas, Kae, Aib , Tak , Mae and receptionist Em and Orn for assisting us from the moment we step off from our cab, checking us in, guiding us to our room and assisting us in finding places to eat and visiting in Phuket. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

All facilities were excellent. Daily breakfast was excellent. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive thank you our FB manager thap for Phuket recommended Location and our drink very tasty we enjoy with music at the bar lobby with wine variety we very enjoyed it

Excellent hotel we enjoyed so much with wine good choice of variety thanks to the wonderful service by thep food and beverage manager for recommendation of wine with my dinner very tasty of food and happy hour are fantastic I would recommend this hotel to stay in phuket

Cooking class - must try

Food is really good , from local to international. We have had a great experience with cooking classes facilitated by Jasmin who was very friendly and made the experience extra special . The experience starts with a visit to the local vegetable market then you head back to the hotel .The class was led by Chef Mon who did an excellent job teaching us each step of the dishes . I highly recommend this class and best part that it was private
