Anonymous Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

I stayed in one of your accessible rooms, and it was perfect for my needs. The room was bigger than I had expected, which was nice. I particularly liked the low lighting around the room. My only issue really was the breakfast choices, although great, felt a little repetitive. Having said that, I really enjoyed my breakfasts.

If you like 1970s Butlins, this is for you!

is like going back to the 70s! No kettle, bunk bed above main bed. Paint work all green and tatty, in desperate need of painting. Bathroom sink was like a finger bowl, that small. no separate bathroom! has feeling of a bedsit breakfast was awful. salami for breakfast, warm boiled eggs! dreadful experience and one of the worst hotels I stayed in my life for the money, terrible conditions and zero facilities, no kettle in room etc toilet is like being in a broom cupboard, for £77 is terrible tiny window that opens to lots of noise, traffic. Small tv just a feeling of 1974 Butlins chalet!

Positives for the stay were that the Check in was easy, there was a kettle to borrow and a staff member found me a hair dryer to as I had forgotten to pack mine. Room was spotless. Negatives were unfortunately there is limited parking near IBIS put you can park for free over at B&Q. We found the breakfast was very disappointing for the money poor cold selection. I would recommend walking to TESCO next door for a better selection at a fair price. There was no body wash in the shower the only one was located near the sink .

Short weekend stay with the dog. Shopping at Gunwharf Quays, which was 10 min drive away from the hotel. Plenty of shops, supermarkets pubs and restaurants nearby. Good size room, very clean, comfortable bed. Fluffy towels, quiet. If you want a kettle or hair dryer you can borrow them from reception. There is also a microwave in the main reception to heat up food

We were given disabled room 105, paintwork was shoddy and floors dirty. Air conditioning blew out hot air even on cold setting and window restrictors were broken. Constant humming all night from somewhere? Very basic - parking is also a nightmare.
