This was the best of the best hotel I have experienced and nothing can be fault with. Just walk through those who did complain this amazing places just simply out of their mind in enjoying the vacation. Excellent resort with fantastic view, ambience with tropical, sumptuous breakfast offering and highlighted to staff hospitality esp to hotel manager Mr Edward was best to look after us, entire staff doing nice job.The place where guests feel at home.
Delicious food and drink with fantastic Patong Beach view. We very much look forward to returning next visit.

Hospitality is best ..all the saff members are co operative ..food is best bit veg options are limited …location and rooms are good with best beach and city. All are wel coming and best to serve guest..service is good..our family member got ill and they helped us at best…molly and steph is very good…

The hotel is very good we had a beautiful experience and the food was good all the staff was nice l. I love the view they have the best sea view I really enjoy their activities like the swimming pool and I met a nice Staff name Steph from the FO she's kind and assist me. It's was a great experience and hope to come back again

The food is good breakfast has amazing food but lacking of option for vegetarian food but hospitality is good. All staff is good kath is so friendly also bellboy help us to go to the room. Recommend hotel. We will come back again next time. Front office staff is amazing and all the staff from the hotel.

I am very very, very much happy with the service provided by the Novotel bouquet. I really love to be here again. The hotel is so excellent. The staff is very very quick and very, very intelligent smart. I love to be here again with the same hotel. I recommend everyone to be here in this hotel. Only. I love this place very opposite to the Patan, which I really love it. Steph and kath both are very nice
