Unfortunately a bit disappointed with my experience. The hotel is a bit old and needs some modern upgrades. My room the safe was broken and the ac heating was not working it just blew cold air. The staff were nice and the food was good.

We take into account your remarks in order to improve the comfort of our clients. At this time of year, central heating in our hotel has been shut off and replaced by air conditioning. That being said, extra blankets and duvets are available upon request. We have informed our technical staff about the safe in your room. A safe is also available at the reception for your needs. Since the pandemic MERCURE's have offered less and less under the guise of first health protection and now sustainability. The room was tiny, actually quite difficult to move in with a suitcase. You've stopped providing water and now we just have paper cups and are forced to go to the ground floor to fill them. Why can't you provide a refillable glass bottle ? And glasses to drink from ? No facecloths in the bathroom , no body lotion. The toilet must have been the smallest I have ever been in . Honestly it was the last straw. I've been using MERCURE hotels faithfully for twenty years but you are no longer thinking about what your guests need but saving money and work for your staff. Time to change !!

We only stayed one night. We travelled from the Uk to attend a funeral and this hotel was ideal for a central spot in Hyères. Everywhere was clean and staff were helpful.
